Mysterious places and anomalous zones of Bashkiria. Where to live well in Bashkiria

I got my head under the sky
Giant gray Ural,
This fabulous space
Has chained my gaze forever
I would always praise you!
Always praised you!

The words of the Bashkir poet, written more than two hundred years ago, reflect my attitude towards nature, people and mysterious and South Urals... Here, indeed, there is something to admire!
Huge expanses of taiga, fast rivers and waterfalls, mysterious caves, ridges of distant mountains - all this is surrounded by many mysteries. In Bashkiria, very many anomalous and mystical zones! As it turned out, there are a lot of such places. The list that I give is not complete and needs some work. But still, based on this sample, you can make a general impression of this amazing and still mysterious country.

Turakhan's mausoleum

The mausoleum is a small stone building and was built during the Tatar-Mongol yoke in the XII century. Although the fact that the Mausoleum was located there is still controversial, because no sarcophagus was found inside. Nevertheless, such a building is one of the oldest in all of Russia.
According to some sources, there could be a courtroom in which criminals were tried, tortured and executed, according to other sources it was just a stone yurt. But from time immemorial, the Bashkirs called the building keshene, which means a mausoleum.
“This is how this structure has stood for nearly a thousand years - small and mysterious. How many stones remember him! I wandered around keshene, fighting with the wind, and it seemed to me that there was a living being in front of me. Which was not at all happy that I had disturbed his winter peace, ”a user under the nickname Varandey writes in LJ.

Chandar, a mysterious ancient map

The village itself did not represent any historical value, until in 1999 Professor Chuvyrov discovered a mysterious stone slab there. It is a relief map made by representatives of an unknown highly developed civilization about 50 million years ago.
The plate depicts the area from the Ufa Upland to the present-day town of Salavat. It even depicts the bottom of the rivers of that time. And now the Bashkir diggers note that the area is also fraught with some mystical mysteries. According to them, from time to time otherworldly voices are heard there and shadows appear from nowhere.

“I was told that when you come to Chandar, you cannot say that all this is nonsense, otherwise something bad will happen. I didn't listen and said right there that all this is bullshit and nothing like it exists. When we were leaving the village, a fog suddenly began, in which we saw the outlines of a truck into which we almost flew. Unfortunately, from the photographs of Chandar, only the sign indicating the entrance was photographed, since the camera inside the village refused to work for me for unknown reasons, ”writes Vladislav Zubarev from Ufa.

Holy waters of Narystau

According to legend, the companions of the Prophet Muhammad are buried here on the mountain - the son and father of Zubair bin Zayit and Abdurrahman bin Zubair. The water flowing down from the foot of the mountain is considered to be healing. According to local residents, more than once those who came to the spring for help - to heal joints, to save loved ones from drunkenness or a serious illness, came back here again - to say "thank you" to the spring.

In 2011, a decision was made to improve the memorial sites, fundraising for the construction of a mosque began, but the progress was very slow. Fortunately, the initiative was supported by the URAL Charitable Foundation, and in just a month Narystau acquired a beautiful memorial complex and a mosque.
“Despite the fact that many people are very skeptical about Narystau, it is hard to deny that this place has some special power. People from all over Russia go there, bathe children, drink, collect bottles of water with them. By the way, finding plastic bottles there is worth its weight in gold, if you are going to go, take it with you. People climb the mountain in cold and hot weather to pray for the most important desires, and they say that a lot of them are being fulfilled.
For example, I met a middle-aged married couple there, a year ago they came here from the Orenburg region, asked for a child. Then they returned again - a woman of 8 years old could not get pregnant and gave birth to a son. Perhaps this is, of course, an accidental coincidence, but the fact that people believe in the power of Narystau is a fact, ”Svetlana Anisimova from Ufa told us.

Akhunovsky menhirs

Uchaly Stonehenge does not represent a monumental structure as in England. The scale of ours is much more modest - the monument is a large circle, in the center of which there is a vertical stone about two meters high, next to it is slightly smaller, and it encircles all of this 8 menhirs (standing stones - ed.).

Despite this, the place is a real paradise for pilgrims. According to legend, the most secret desires are fulfilled here. In addition, the megalithic complex in the village of Akhunovo was included in the top ten places in Russia, where, according to tourism experts, you need to go to make your wishes come true. The monument in the Uchalinsky region is celebrated not only as an ancient cult complex, but also as one of the largest observatories in Eurasia in terms of the number of astronomical events observed.
"Akhunovo is the most amazing ancient monument which I had to research. In the midst of excavations, I was told that this the best monument which we have researched in our entire life. We will never find and excavate anything like this again! We never really understood this object, never felt its true meaning. I can't even dream up anything about it - a complete stop of fantasy, a stupor, ”says researcher Fyodor Petrov.

Aulia spring

Mount Aushtau near Lake Aushkul annually gathers thousands of pilgrims. About a month a year beats here healing source, which is known even in Mecca. According to legend, the waters of the spring bring health, help and healing of the soul. And in fact, eyewitnesses say that the waters of the Aulia spring help relieve an allergic reaction, remove kidney stones and have a beneficial effect on digestion. The thing is that the water from the source is very soft, as it is essentially melted snow. In the past, it was used as a medicine at all and was taken on a spoon.

According to one of the legends, a caravan passed through this area, and the inhabitants, thinking that they were going to war, fought the pilgrims. After the battle, people learned that the leader of the caravan was a righteous wanderer - awliya named Ramadan. He was buried at the top of a mountain near the village. After the death of Ramadan, a miracle happened: a clean spring came out of the mountain. Now it comes to life only in late spring for several weeks, in May - June. Water from this spring can be stored for years.
“This water is really miraculous! For several years my mother suffered from kidney pain. We made up our minds and went to this source. Even the place itself makes you cleaner, and after my mother began to take this water, the pains began to go away. I do not believe in otherworldly forces and healers, but it seems to me that this is really a miracle, ”writes Alena Borisova from Sterlitamak.

Abortion - Mysterious Places and abnormal zones Bashkiria
The building is located deep in the forest, and, apparently, it was in this connection that a terrible legend arose, which attracts young people to visit here. According to it, illegal abortions were carried out in this building in Soviet times. Therefore, it is hidden deep in the forest. According to another version, there was an ambulance point for workers from nearby factories. In fact, this is an abandoned maternity hospital.

Until 2010, the building was in excellent condition - two floors and a basement could be safely visited. But then there was a massive fire - the roof collapsed, blocking the stairs. After that, the fire has repeatedly engulfed the building, and, according to the "tourists", now the abortion clinic is almost completely destroyed.
“When my friends and I first came there (it was about 2008), nothing had yet been destroyed and burned. You could normally go into two basements and walk through all the chambers on the 2nd and 1st floors, but now you can't do anything about it - the stairs were destroyed, all the cellars were almost filled up ... Of course, there were no screams and crying children, ghosts or spirits, but the creepiness was enough for the first time. Many strange things that happened inside, my friends and brothers told me, but at these moments I was sitting in the car - it was scary, so there is something to be afraid of ... ”- Gulnara Utyaganova shared her impressions.

Abandoned camp "Dubki" Mysterious places and anomalous zones of Bashkiria

Scary stories after lights out in the company of guys from the squadron. Well, who did not have this in childhood? It's another matter when adult men, one after another, retell absolutely, it would seem, unthinkable things. Children's camp"Dubki" successfully functioned and delighted the kids with a merry rest. And that wellness complex closed, there is no secret either. There are hundreds of similar stories across the country, and maybe thousands.

But there are not so many oddities told about any place as about "Dubki". Lovers extreme rest note that some kind of devilry is going on there. On the territory of the camp, a child's scream is heard, the car alarm turns on autonomously, the doors of the buildings are constantly slammed. According to one of the legends, once upon a time a killer was hiding on the territory of the camp.
“We walked through an abandoned building, I clicked my camera. Sometimes we heard the creak of doors and the slamming of windows, but we blamed everything on the wind, although it was not very strong. One of us went to the window (more precisely, to what was left of it) and suddenly froze, staring into the courtyard. After a couple of seconds, he shouted for us to come up to him. We ran up, began to peer into the darkness, but saw nothing. He said he saw the silhouette of a little girl in the dark. We assured him that it seemed to him, and began to wander further around the building. And suddenly ... we heard a children's cry from the street, and so piercing that the blood froze in our veins. It ended as abruptly as it began, ”says Kirill Ovchinnikov.

Sterlitamak meteorite

On the night of May 17-18, 1990, the sky lit up brightly in the Sterlitamak region of Bashkiria. A 300-kilogram iron meteorite fell from the sky onto a flat field of one of the state farms. This event was observed by dozens of eyewitnesses.

As a result of the collision of a celestial body and earth, a crater was formed, which residents can observe to this day. Prior to that, eyewitnesses had only once seen a meteorite fall, which led to the formation of a crater. Now the meteorite is kept in the Museum of Archeology and Ethnography of the Ufa Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

“Now the crater is located in the middle of a field, seven hundred meters from the nearest highway. There is no sign or tablet that a celestial body has fallen here, despite the fact that such places are rare and unique on our planet, ”writes LJ user Ruslan Lukmanov.

House of Aksakov -

Sergei Timofeevich Aksakov, a famous Russian writer who gave the country the "Scarlet Flower", was born in Ufa and lived here until he was 8 years old. His contemporaries noted that there was often a place for mysticism in Aksakov's life. It continues in his mansion, which to this day is located in historic center Ufa. Museum workers claim that there is a ghost in the house.

The spirit of the writer's grandfather walks through the rooms; Aksakov himself wrote about this in his autobiography. The abnormality of the place was also confirmed by ufologists who came to the museum. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the building has been preserved in almost the same form as 2 centuries ago. Furniture and all items are in the same places.
“Perhaps this is the most unusual place where I've ever been. No, I did not see ghosts, I did not hear otherworldly voices. The point is different ... Some kind of extraordinary aura reigns in the house of Aksakov. Probably, this cannot be explained in words. You need to feel it! For a moment it seemed to me that I was in the 19th century ... Or maybe in a fairy tale? " - says Artem Zubarev from Neftekamsk.

The Kapova Cave is of interest even without any legends, because it was formed over a million years ago. Its length is about 2 kilometers, and the cave has as many as three floors. And adorns all this historical splendor blue Lake... The water in it is considered healing, but you should not drink it, but rather take a dip. There is still life in the cave. These are bats and fish in an underground river, as well as repeatedly found here traces of large animals, which, apparently, were looking for a refuge.

The main ones are rock paintings. After all, according to researchers, they are already about 18 thousand years old! Mostly animals are depicted - bears, mammoths, horses, rhinos. True, now the climate in the cave calls into question the preservation of historical painting. The cave is closed to the public in order to preserve the monument.

“The beauty of these places cannot be described in words. The cave itself, which keeps a thousand-year history, welcomes its visitors with open arms. The mountains reaching up to the clouds resemble powerful warriors - Bashkirs, who for centuries have defended the interests of their people, ”said Ruslan Abdrakhmanov from the Davlekanovsky district.

CHRISTIAN SHRINTS
Traditionally, most of the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan are Muslims - Sunnis. According to 2010 data, Islam is professed by about 67% of all religious organizations in the republic. Orthodox Christianity ranks second, 22% of the total number of all organizations. However, despite the almost threefold minority, according to Orthodox Christianity, there are even more shrines and places of worship on the territory of the Republic than in more numerous Islam. This is due, first of all, to the nature of Islam itself, which disapproves of the worship of any images, except for the image of Allah Almighty.
Apparently, this is why Orthodoxy, living according to other canons, finds a greater number of holy places in Bashkiria. Some of them are even of national importance. The flow of pilgrims coming to them, both from the republic itself and from outside, is steadily growing every year.

For those who are unfamiliar with history, the small green church on the left bank of the Sutoloka River may not seem to be of particular interest. This is the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh or St. Sergius Cathedral... It contains the main Orthodox shrine of Ufa - the relics of Moses of Ufa.

The temple was founded in 1868 and has survived almost in its original form to this day. The place where it was erected also has a long history. Already in the 16th century, there was a temple here, which burned down in 1774 during the Pugachev unrest. In 1777, a new temple was built in its place, but after having defended more than 90 years, this church fell into a dilapidated state and was dismantled. Built in its place, with the money of the local merchants, the Church of Sergei Radonezhsky was distinguished by exquisite decoration and was even decorated with canvases by M.V. Nesterov, written especially for her. The temple kept the ancient icon of St. Sergius of Radonezh, which, according to legend, was blessed by Admiral Kolchak during his stay in Ufa. Under Soviet rule, St. Sergius Cathedral was the only temple that was not closed, although almost all clergymen either renounced their dignity or were arrested.
Here, in June 2002, from the Demsky cemetery of Ufa, the relics of the newly glorified Moses of Ufa were transferred, and the temple became one of the most important objects of Christian pilgrimage, which gained fame far beyond the borders of the republic.

Temple of the Tabyn Icon of the Mother of God on the Holy Keys

Probably the most famous for the Christians of Bashkiria is the place located near the village of Krosnousolskoe, Gafuri district. His popularity was brought by two objective factors: one of which is natural, and the other is religious and historical.
Firstly, there is an international health resort "Krasnousolsky" well-known far beyond Bashkiria. The healing properties of water seeping to the surface from numerous sources and flowing into the river. Usolka, were known as early as the 16th century. From the ground, sodium chloride water comes out with and without hydrogen sulfide. With their help, the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, musculoskeletal system, gynecological and complex skin diseases is successfully carried out. Secondly, here, according to church legends, one of the most mysterious and enigmatic icons of Orthodox Russia, the Tabynsk Icon of the Mother of God, was found. In church publications, this icon is called legendary and miraculous, and in some even - Super Miraculous. The reason for this was the fact that the icon was several times, in different years lost, but every time this fact was found, every time it was declared a miracle. The icon as an object of worship was very popular, and whole theological studies were often devoted to its history. For example, the famous historian and priest Nikolai Modestov, wrote in 1914 a special archaeological essay: "The Tabyn Icon of the Mother of God."
Now her whereabouts have not been established. There are various rumors about the current whereabouts of the icon, among them there are versions that the icon is supposedly in the treasuries of the Pope, in the depositories of the Russian Church Abroad, in Chinese museums or in private collections of Australians. Who knows, perhaps the Tabynsk icon will once again reveal itself and force many non-believers to reconsider their attitude to religion. In addition, there are several copies of the icon located in various churches in the Urals and Siberia, which are also revered among believers as healing and miraculous.
The icon is lost, but human memory lives on. Already under Soviet rule, the place where the icon was found became an object of mass pilgrimage. Sources from mineral water, next to which the icon was found, were revered as saints. And thanks to scientific proof of the usefulness of bathing in Krasnousolsk water, even the most ardent atheists received healing. That, however, did not prevent the local party leadership, in order to combat obscurantism, once lay a box of dynamite next to the revered source and blow it up. As a result of the explosion, the underground channel changed and the source dried up. However, there and then the key was hammered in several other places. So much so that it was no longer possible to destroy these new wells.

The relics of Varvara Skvorchinskaya in Priyutovo.

The relics of another, popularly beloved saint of the Ufa diocese, were recently transferred from the Meleuz Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God to the temple of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God of the nunnery in the village of Priyutovo. Believers from all over Bashkiria, from the Orenburg and Chelyabinsk regions, come to bow and ask for help from Varvara Skvorchikhinskaya. Popular rumor attributes to Barbara many miracles and cases of healings, both during the life and after the death of the saint. The future "Blessed Barbara" was born, in the world Varvara Vasilievna Arkhangelskaya, on November 20, 1890 in the village of Karaulovka, Ufa province, in the family of a rural priest. From the first years of her life, she had to go through many sad events. At the age of two, she lost her mother, Ekaterina Evlampieva. And on April 9, 1897, her father Vasily died suddenly, leaving her and other children orphans.
From 1902 to 1909, Varvara studied at the Diocesan School of Ufa and received the right to the title of a home teacher. after that she worked in rural schools in the villages of Bashkiria: Kuganak, Ira, Bogorodsky, Budenya, Skvorchikha. After the October Revolution, her life has hardly changed. Perhaps, it became more noticeable that the young teacher devotes much more time to explaining God's laws to children and prays more often than others. In 1925, Varvara was transferred to the village of Novonikolaevka in the Skvorchikhinsky village council of the same Sterlitamak canton. In Skvorchikha, Varvara rented a room in a peasant hut not far from the school and began to teach. As her students testify, the new teacher was strict, neat, modest, but she dressed, by country standards, fashionably, in a city style. However, despite the outward modernity, the lessons that Varvara taught were not to the liking of her superiors. She often invited priests to lessons, talked about God and the Orthodox faith. Having entered into a conflict with the administration, which demanded that she start teaching atheism, she quit school and, as believers say, “went into seclusion,” that is, kept her contacts with the outside world to a minimum.
The eldress died at the age of 76 on the morning of February 14, 1966, predicting her own death in two weeks. In 2000, with the blessing of Patriarch Alexy II, the uncovering of the relics of Varvara Skvorchikhinskaya took place. In 2001, Varvara was glorified as a local revered saint of the Ufa diocese.

The grave of Muzhavir Hazrat -

One of the most inaccessible shrines of Bashkiria is located in the depths of the Baymaksky region. We are talking about the grave of one of the most respected and revered elder in the republic - Muzhavir Sirazhetdinov, better known as Muzhavir Khozarat (Bashkir “Muzhgir khurt”). By his contemporaries, he was revered as a great healer, sage and soothsayer. The fame of the deeds of this holy man spread far beyond the borders of Bashkiria. People from Moscow, the Urals, Kazakhstan and the rest of the territory came for treatment, advice and spiritual guidance. the former USSR... According to eyewitnesses, he accepted everyone, regardless of nationality, religion and gender.
You can read about the life and miracles of Muzhavir Khozarat in two books written about her famous fellow villager, a member of the Writers' Union of Bashkortostan and Russia Lira Yakshibaeva (“Muzhavir Khazret”; 2008 and “The Tale of the Healer Muzhavir”; 2011). They contain a huge amount of biographical information, testimonies, and memories of people who knew this unusual person well.
All the old residents of the area can still talk about the miracles that he performed. They say that from the people who came to Hazrat for help, at other times a small tent village was organized on the banks of the Urgazy. The wonderful old man died on July 28, 1967. He was buried according to Muslim tradition in an old cemetery not far from his native village of Mansurovo. But although almost 45 years have passed since then, the flow of people who come to "grandfather" for help (that is how his fellow villagers affectionately called him) does not cut it, to this day.

Mount Aushtash (Aush-Tash) -

Just 15 km. from the border with Chelyabinsk region located one of the most picturesque shrines of the Muslims of the South Urals - Mount Aush-Tash at the foot of which is the lake Aushkul. The height of the mountain is 343 meters. According to many researchers, the mountain has been revered since prehistoric times, but an ancient burial and many legends connect it with Islam. An old birch tree grows at the very top of the mountain, next to it there is an artificial mound about a meter high, fenced off. An ancient split stone with Arabic script is installed over the grave. It is not possible to read the entire text due to the loss of several fragments, and therefore historians have several versions. It says something like the following: "This is the preacher of the faith Sheikh Muhammet Ramazan Alyusha (in another version, Mignan Alusa), 651 at the time of Berke Khan ..."
Every year, Muslims of Bashkiria and the Chelyabinsk region gather to honor the memory of the preachers of Islam, they read prayers and collect miraculous water from the Aulia spring. Many, during the ascent, take stones with them to the top, so that, having endured difficulties, they will get rid of sins weighing on the soul.
There is also a belief, which you can hear from local residents, that having walked seven times clockwise the Aush-Tash mountain and made a wish, you can be sure that it will certainly come true. But this has nothing to do with Islam ...

Mount Narys-Tau (Narystau).

Each nation has its own folk heroes and literary epics describing their exploits. The link of times is kept on them, and new generations learn national pride. The Bashkirs also have such an epic, its name "Idukai and Moradym" and it is certainly the most voluminous creation of Bashkir folklore. In it, we are talking about the folk hero, the Golden Horde Temnik Idigey (Edigey, Idukai) and his confrontation with Khan Tokhtamysh. The epic repeatedly mentions the Narysta-Tau mountain (or "Narys-Tau" in modern pronunciation). At the end of the story, the hero dies and is buried at the top of this mountain.
There really is such a mountain in Bashkiria, and it is located about 110 km south-west of Ufa. It is not difficult to find it on the map, because at the foot of the mountain there is a village of the same name, founded in 1920. Mount Narys-Tau has long been known for the fact that a spring flows out from under it, the waters of which are considered sacred and possessing miraculous and medicinal properties. The fame of the source was known far beyond the borders of the republic, and some Muslims claim that the existence of this key is known even in Mecca. In any case, according to local residents, in order to drink water, people came from Central Asia and Kazakhstan back in the century before last. Many camped and lived near it for several days to undergo a full course of treatment and perform the necessary religious rituals.
The debate about who is actually buried on Mount Narys-Tau continues and apparently they will subside soon. Although, as it seems to me, there is no contradiction between these versions. It is quite possible that both the saints of Muhammad and the warlike Idigi are buried at the top. Archaeologists will probably not be able to figure out how everything really happened. But it is not important. The main thing is that people who come to visit this amazing place more and more from year to year. After all, as a very intelligent person once said: "Do not be strict with your neighbors, the earth will reconcile you all the same."

NATURAL OBJECTS OF WORSHIP IN BASHKRIA

Mountains, at all times made a strong impression on people. It is understandable, where else can a person so clearly and categorically feel his weakness and insignificance? Mountains are a place where until now, despite all the achievements of civilization, nature does not forgive mistakes and irresponsibility. Needless to say, ancient people, faced with dangers and inexplicable phenomena, personified them, endowing them with personality and even reason. The Ural Mountains are the oldest on earth. Therefore, there are also many legends, myths and legends about them. Read about some of these places that anyone can visit even now.

Mount Iremel, although geographically located in Bashkiria, in its significance, is one of the most famous natural monuments of the entire Urals. Peoples and tribes from ancient times distinguished Iremel among other peaks and treated it with special respect. However, everything is in order, first I will give a brief geographical information: mountain range Iremel is located in the northeast of the Uchalinsky region. A small segment of the border with the Chelyabinsk region runs tangentially to the northern and western edges of the base of the mountain. Iremel is located in the zone of the highest elevations and is part of the Ural-Tau axial ridge. Distinguish between Big and Small Iremel, which rise on the common basement of the massif, oriented in relation to the cardinal points from north-east to south-west with a total length of about 13 km. Mount Bolshoy Iremel has a height of 1582 meters (Summit "Wild Boar") and is the second highest point in the Southern Urals (second only to Yaman-Tau - 1640 m). The slopes and peaks of Iremel rise above the borders forest belt and represent the subalpine and alpine belt. Big and Small Iremel (height 1449 m) are separated by a characteristic saddle about a kilometer wide.
In the ancient popular Bashkir epic, you can read about how Mount Iremel arose. In it, the main character Ural-Batyr fights against the padishah Azraki and his army: divas (i.e. evil spirits) and dragons. Having destroyed everyone, Ural-Batyr piled their fallen bodies into heaps, which later became the Ural Mountains. The biggest pile was Iremel. During the confrontation, the hero died from poisoning, and his children had to take swords in their hands. According to legend, they cut through Iremel, and rivers flowed out of it: Belaya and Ural.
Legends are legends, but the Russian settlers, who began to populate the Chelyabinsk region, treated the mountain with no less respect than the locals. And as some clergy note, before the revolution, no one was surprised that in a dry year the people gathered and walked in the procession to ask for rain on Iremel.
There are plenty of wonderful stories and rumors today. Sports tourists, wandering esotericists and simply curious people have flooded the mountain lately. Some jokingly, some in all seriousness, tell their stories about Iremel. Some believe that this is a "portal", "energy center" and come here to "recharge". Others believe that in ancient times Iremel was used for human sacrifice by the servants of dark cults and are looking for ancient temples here. Ufologists, of whom there are also quite a few, claim that somewhere there is an underground UFO base and claim that they regularly see "flying saucers". Sorcerers and psychics come to Iremel to collect magical plants. For example, it is only here that Rhodiola Iremelica, listed in the Red Book, grows. This plant, which is also called the "golden root", is part of many alchemical recipes for immortality.
Unfortunately, I was not able to climb Iremel and test its strength on myself. Although this idea is not completely buried. I believe that someday, "Father Iremel" nevertheless, will invite me to his place. In general, while I had to be content with panoramic views and the bikes of "seasoned" tourists. By the way, many people believe that Iremel makes wishes come true. To do this, you must definitely take a gift for mountain spirits with you.
And further. It is highly discouraged to stay at the top overnight ...

Mount Tratau (Tora-Tau)

If you go along the highway connecting Salavat, Ishimbay and Sterlitamak, it will be difficult not to notice a huge mountain, more like a mound of light sand, located on the east side. This is a symbol of the Ishimbay region, one of the visiting cards of Bashkiria is a lone mountain (shikhan) Tora-Tau, which translates as Horse-Mountain. The mountain is very unusual and once upon a time, about 280 million years ago, it was not a mountain, but coral reef in the middle of the ancient ocean. Bashkiria is one of the few places on earth where such natural monuments have survived. In the valley of the Belaya River and in the vicinity of Sterlitamak, there are three more shikhans: Kush-Tau (Bird-Mountain) - 357 meters, Yurak-Tau (Heart-Mountain) -338 meters and Shah-Tau (Tsar Mountain), from which sixty seconds over several years of industrial development, a foundation pit was formed.
Tora-Tau is the tallest and most famous of them. Its height is about 275 meters above the level of the Belaya River and 402 meters above the world ocean level. The mountain has attracted people since ancient times. Historians believe that the living ancestors who settled in the Ishimbai, Sterlibashevsky and Sterlitamaksky regions of Bashkiria of the Yurmat tribes (Yurmatins) revered the Tora-Tau as sacred. By the way, the Yurmats are ancient nomadic tribes akin to the Sarmatians and Ugrians, who migrated, together with the Bulgars, from the steppes of the Azov region to the banks of the Volga.
At the foot of the mountain there is a small but clean karst lake Tugar-Salgan. The lake shore and Tora-Tau were for local residents the territory where they were forbidden to enter. This could only be done by priests and only on certain days of the year. The ban was very strict and the old residents of the surrounding villages testify that it was tacitly observed almost until the Revolution itself. On the sacred land, it was impossible to engage in agriculture, graze cattle and engage in gathering. It was difficult to find daredevils who decided to violate the ban and who decided to disturb the spirit of Tora-tau.
Today the mountain is a popular vacation spot for residents of the surrounding towns. Tora-Tau is especially popular with paragliders. However, the years did not affect the mystical glory of the mountain. Many people who have been there believe that the mountain has a very strong "positive" energy and real magical power. It is believed that the mountain can fulfill desires and people ascend on it, wishing to enter into communion with the Higher Forces. Lake Tugar-Salgan enjoys the same fame. Fishermen claim that in some places, the echo sounder does not find the bottom. Perhaps the karst sinkholes really go into the depths and connect the lake with the underground river, which, according to legend, flows under the Tora-Tau mountain.
Legends about these natural monuments have not left the lips of the inhabitants of the Ishimbay region for more than a dozen years. One of the most romantic ones says that a beauty named Diafet was imprisoned in one of the caves by her despotic father, a sorcerer, in order to prevent her love for the Russian knight. The entrance to the cave was entrusted to guard a huge snake, with which our knight had to "sweat" properly. By the way, there are indeed several small caves in Tora-Tau. In addition, there are legends that the graves of Muslim saints are located on the mountain. Climbing one of the slopes, you can really see a memorial stone with the inscription in Bashkir: "A Bashkir sage is buried on Tora-Tau ..." Nearby there is a birch, hung with colorful ribbons, with the help of which, like all over the world, people celebrate their wishes.

There are many caves in the Urals, and some of them have their own legends and carefully keep their secrets. One of these has two names and is very well known to speleologists and tourists. We are talking about the Kinderlinskaya Cave, or as it is also called: the Cave named after the 30th anniversary of Victory or simply Victory. The first name is due to the fact that it is located near the small river Kinderla - the left tributary of the Zilim River. The cave received its second name even before it was officially opened. There is a story about how in 1974, at one of the meetings of the republican section of speleologists of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, a politically correct decision was made to perpetuate the upcoming 30th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. For this, it was decided to name the first large cave to be found in the coming year in honor of this great date. As "by order" cavers from the town of Sterlitamak quickly discovered a cave that was suitable in all respects not far from the village of Tash-Asty.

As further expeditions showed, one of the most branched and extensive underground systems in the Urals was found. The total length of the cave is 8130 meters, of which 230 meters are under water. At the very beginning of the cave there is the longest glacier in the caves of Bashkiria with an area of 720 square meters and a thickness of up to 8 m.The cave was formed along the direction of tectonic cracks of latitudinal and meridional striking in the environment of monoclinal thick-bedded limestones of the Famennian stage of the Upper Devonian, falling in the western direction at an angle of 80 degrees ... In general, Pobeda Cave is an oblique-horizontal system of galleries and passages in the north-north-east and west-north-west directions, laid at four hypsometric levels.
Despite the fact that the cave was officially opened only a few decades ago, the locals have been actively using it since ancient times. This was done especially actively by hunters, using the microclimate of the glacier to store the killed prey. As evidence in different parts of the cave, the bones of animals were found, which, according to various estimates, are from 10-12 thousand years old.
There are many interesting corners in the cave and tourists from all over Bashkiria and speleologists from all over the world are in a hurry to enjoy its beauty. I will not list all the sights of the cave; their descriptions can be found on the corresponding speleological sites. I was struck by the so-called "Music Box" - a deep cavity with many stalactites of a specific shape, emitting sounds of different sound tones when lightly hitting them. I was very surprised by its unrealistic forms "Hall of Atlantis". In it, the calcite incrustations on the walls form, as it were, a "pillar hall" in which real giants could easily live. "Classic" hall, "Hall of Chaos", "Lake" hall, grotto "Greenhouse", "Gift" passage, "Fairy" gallery and much more, will not leave you indifferent. Unfortunately, due to the influx of tourists, the cave begins to overgrow with dirt and debris. There is already information that pathogenic bacteria were found in the water and atmosphere of the cave, which, in general, should not be. Part of the cave is closed for unauthorized visits, and without agreement, only a small area near the entrance can be visited.
I have not found any information that the cave was used in ancient times for ritual purposes. However, two attractions of the cave have become real objects of worship for modern tourists. One of them is a huge stalagmite named "The Snow Queen". It is located in front of the cave and can be seen by anyone. With a good imagination in a snow-white, sparkling pillar of ice, you can really see the cold mistress of the underworld, surrounded by smaller stalagmites - her subjects. This is not only one of the sources drinking water in a cave, but also a place where it is customary to make a wish. There are many rituals associated with it, but usually tourists just turn off the light of their lanterns and, in complete darkness, mentally visualize their desire, being near the Snow Queen.

The second object for making wishes, even larger than the Snow Queen, is the Pagoda stalagmite. I did not find any data on his age. However, it seems that here we are talking about millennia. They also approach him to touch and make a wish.
On my own behalf, I can add that my wish came true, although it is not clear who exactly should be thanked, whether it is "Pagoda" or "The Snow Queen". Or perhaps the whole thing is in the very atmosphere of the Kinderlin Cave, where at least for a while you disconnect from the worries and problems that await you above.

FUCKING FINGER
But this is really curious! Why are high single rocky outcrops sticking out of the ground, in all cultures and different parts of the world are often called "Devil's Finger"? I wonder how Sigmund Freud and his followers would interpret such a unanimity in the names? One of such objects is located near the Bannoe lake; here, in a deep gorge of the Kruzyak River, a forty-meter Bashkir Devil's Finger threatens the sky (Do not confuse! There is another Devil's Finger in Bashkiria. It is less famous and is located on the banks of the Usva River).
As it should be, there are plenty of legends around this Devil's Finger. One by one - this is a petrified evil giant, the owner of the taiga, immobilized by the resourceful shepherd Abdullah. According to the other, it is really the Devil's finger, the only thing that remained on the surface after his overthrow into hell. Some people bypass this place, by the side, while others consider it magical and touch their finger to make a wish.

Previously, it was called Karagosh-Tau, but after a major forest fire in 1758 Mountain Yangan-Tau (ie "Burnt Mountain") was renamed.

And as it turned out, it was difficult to come up with a more accurate name. The mountain is really on fire! Through five main (and many more small) points, gases rise to the top from the depths of the mountain, the temperature of which is in the range of 370-1500 degrees. And at a depth of one hundred meters, the temperature reaches 3800 !!!.

There is no volcanic activity in the surrounding mountains. Scientists have put forward several theories, the most common one says that bituminous shale is being oxidized inside the mountain. Therefore, the heat from the ongoing chemical reaction heats the water, which rises to the surface already in the form of hot steam. By the way, the microclimate of the mountain is very useful, and one of the most famous sanatoriums of the republic is located here.
The locals, even before the appearance of any theories, revered the mountain as sacred and believed that a divine fire lives in it, giving longevity and well-being to those who come here with good thoughts.

Summer Stones (Yay Tashy).

One and a half kilometers along the road to the north from the village of Zarikovo, there is a quite ordinary black earth field. It is fertilized, sown and harvested in the same way as from all other Bashkir lands. But if you walk through this field and carefully examine it, you will notice that there is a small area, fenced off from the rest of the allotment by a small but neat fence. If you are curious enough and come up to look behind the fence, you will be surprised, because there are only two large boulders behind it. No matter how much you look, they are no different from other stones scattered in abundance throughout the republic. Well, maybe one of them has a slightly greenish tint, and the second is reddish. And that's all. However, these are not simple stones. Many locals believe they are magical. These are the Stones of Summer or as it sounds in Bashkir: Yay Tashy.
The stones have their own names. One is called Abiy, and the other is Babay. According to one version, these are husband and wife, according to another, these are stones-brothers. When and who was the first to tell people about the amazing power of Babai and Abiya, history is silent. Apparently, he was some kind of local and respected shaman who was engaged in his activities even before the arrival of Islam in these lands. He noted that by communicating with boulders, one can locally influence the atmospheric phenomena in the area, within a few tens of kilometers. For example, the belief has come down to our days that if, in days of severe drought, you wash the stones with clean spring water and pray, then the long-awaited rain will fall. Moreover, the rain began not only in the Gafuri region, where these boulders lie, but also in the neighboring regions - Beloretsk, Sterlitamak or Ishimbay. And, conversely, if the rains did not stop, and the harvest could die, it was enough to rub the stones with vegetable oil - the rain, as if by order, “turned off”. It is clear that in both cases, in addition to manipulating the boulders, sincere prayer and faith were required that everything would work.
Legends about the Stones of Summer are carefully passed down from generation to generation by local old-timers. Some of them are more than amazing. For example, many people believe that stones are not limited to passive activities and move from place to place. Moreover, they actively oppose human attempts to change their location. And if anything, they can even stand up for themselves. In support of this, the following story is told. Once, when the next "battle for the harvest" was going on in the republic, the authorities decided to drag the stones to the side so that the equipment could move freely across the field, and not go around huge boulders. They drove a tractor, hooked on one of the stones. We managed to move the stone a little, but then the cable suddenly broke. And in the evening of the same day, the tractor driver unexpectedly broke his leg, which did not heal for a long time. He recovered only after, on the advice of one of the local grandmothers, he went to the stones and asked their forgiveness. The displaced stone is said to have miraculously moved back to its original place.
And if it suddenly happened that during the cultivation of the land, a plow or harrow clung to the stone by negligence, then thunderclouds almost instantly appeared in the sky and, with a very high degree of probability, a downpour could begin.

Sultan Keremet
Kugu Yumo resides in his heavenly home on a golden throne, from where he can see all the affairs of people. In the old days, when they opened heavenly gate, he appeared to people sitting on the clouds and playing the harp - that's when they prayed to him. The family of the highest god included Yuman-ava - "Mother of God" (or Shochin-ava, "Giving birth"), the patroness of births and weddings; Kugu Yumo also had a son named Erge-Pugoshch-yumo (he predetermined who the boy would be born to). The supreme god stood at the head of the whole hierarchy of heavenly beings, the ideas of which were formed among the Mari under the influence of Islam and Christianity. The names "yumo" ("sky") and "kugu-yumo" began to denote any god in general, The highest gods were numbered: Tunya-yumo, the god of all things, who also controls the winds and clouds; Osh-keche-kugu-yumo, "white" god of the sun and light; Kava-yumo, god of the firmament; Mayor-kugu-yumo, patron saint of people, Purysho-yumo, predeterminer of fate; Sakche-yumo, guardian god. Volgenche-yumo was the god of lightning, and Kudyrchoyumo was a thunderbolt who beat evil spirits, protector of crops, humans and livestock. It is said that thunder occurs because Yumo rolls stones from the sky. Such stones that fall to the ground are called "lightning stones": they can be extinguished with milk, not water.

Shaitantau ("Devil's Ridge") is one of the mountain-forest-steppe massifs wedging into the South Ural steppes. Located between the Sakmara and Kuruila valleys in the Kuvandyk region.
The southern part of this ridge is located in the Orenburg region.
The northern part of Shaitantau is located in Bashkiria.
The name of this ridge is translated from Bashkir as "Devil's Mountain".
The locals gave this name to the hill because of the blowing on it. strong winds and sudden temperature changes. The Bashkirs believed that this was due to the intrigues of evil spirits.

There are folk legends about the ridge.
Plot beautiful nature South Urals.

Various anomalous phenomena often occur in the mountains.

BRIC-ALGA.
A village in the Belebey region, next to which there is a small forest with an areola of mystery. At night, strange noises are heard here, places with crumpled grass are noticed (the nature of the violations is unclear), areas of a rounded shape with broken trees at a height of 3-3.5 meters, there is a curvature of the growth of some trunks. There are eyewitnesses who claim that UFOs often hover over the forest. Archaeological excavations are underway in the forest itself and nearby. According to archaeologists, they found very strange burials here, not typical for this place. (Information from NIG "Torch")

MOUNTAIN WOLF FANG.

It is located near the village of Kaga in the Beloretsk region. At the top of the mountain, there are frequent occurrences of various light phenomena - flashes, glow, discharges like electrical ones. There is information about UFO flights. The first reports of this came from tourists who regularly vacation in tourist base"Agidel". It is rather difficult to climb the summit itself, few have reached it. When you try to do this, an unreasonable feeling of fear arises, weather etc. (NIG "Torch")

ZIGANOVKA and MAKAROVO.
Settlements in the Ishimbay region, where the presence of mysterious grass formations is sometimes recorded. They resemble the famous crop circle phenomenon. Our colleagues from the Fakel group have at their disposal eyewitness reports about the stable appearance of glowing balls in the mountains. Their nature has not yet been clarified ... Note that a military training ground extends near these settlements.

MARS.
A village located in the north-west of Bashkiria in the direction of the M-7 highway, and is named after the planet Mars. Local modern legends talk about this place as "a cosmic mystery on the land of ancient Bashkiria". According to eyewitnesses, UFOs regularly appear in the sky here.

YURMASH.
A river in the Beloretsk region, on the right bank of which, not far from the village of Assy, there are several large reddish boulders. These are the so-called "thunderstones". For a long time, the neighboring Bashkirs have a belief that if you hit something on these stones or even just touch them, a thunderstorm will immediately begin. To prevent people and grazing cattle from touching them, the stones are surrounded by a dense hedge. In the 70s of the twentieth century, Professor G. Vakhrushev decided to investigate the mysterious boulders. It turned out that the rock consists of clayey limestone, being a ribbon marl. Vakhrushev discarded the version of the supernatural power of the stones at once, offering a rational explanation of the phenomenon: “Here thunderclouds appear mostly on the spot. There are vast mountain ranges in the area of the Yurmash River. Their tops are bare rocks surrounded by placers. There are also large faults in this area. in the earth's crust, which can serve as a pathway for the release of radioactive gases from the depths, ionizing the air, which contributes to the formation of thunderclouds. " After 20 years, many tourists - "anomalies" rushed here to knock on stones and cause the wrath of Nature. It's funny that after this "Batyev invasion" the number of thunderstorms in this region has risen sharply. But meteorologists were inclined to explain this by the next maximum of solar activity ...

YAMAN-TAU.
Highest point Ural mountains on the territory of Bashkiria (1640 meters above sea level). Translated from Bashkir - Bad Mountain. At present (since about the mid-90s) it is occupied by the military, who have declared its surroundings a closed zone. Because of this, the mountain is practically inaccessible. In addition, it is located in the center of the South Ural Reserve, which was obviously created for the same defense purposes. Legends are floating around Yaman-Tau, however, of a modern nature - the local population is explained by the closedness of the territory by the extraction of uranium ore or the disposal of radioactive waste. The huge, flat-topped dome somewhat resembles the city of Kosvinsky Kamen in the Northern Urals, which was also favored by the military in the past. Some facts that we manage to collect from various sources (mainly the Internet) partially clarify the picture. In the bowels of the mountain there is a top-secret military facility. Judging by the maps, to the west of the mountain, near the village of Kuzelga, the village of Solnechny (Mizhgirya) has grown, and power lines, railways and highways are connected to the top. Communications are perfectly visible from space, and in 1996 all this became the cause of the US-Russian conflict ... On February 5, 1973, in the Yaman-Tau river valley (10 km from the summit), two photographs of a disc-shaped UFO were taken, hovering over the tops of trees ... One of them was published in the newspaper "Põllumayanduse Academy" (No. 20, 1973, Tartu).

Putin's secret underground city
A secret base of the Russian government was discovered in the mountains of the Southern Urals, not far from the Abzakovo ski center, where Russian President Vladimir Putin is a frequent visitor. There are a lot of rumors around the mountain bunker, and even residents of nearby settlements They don't really know what kind of facilities have been built in the mountains since the Cold War.
At the beginning of the new, 21st century, Russian President Vladimir Putin became a frequent visitor to the Yuzhnouralsk ski resort"Abzakovo", located about 60 km from Magnitogorsk. Neither Putin himself nor his aides were able to explain to the public why the head of state chose this place. Officially, Putin liked to ski there. But there is also unofficial version... So, the president came to supervise the completion of the construction of a secret underground city located in the very high mountain South Ural massif - Yamantau (translated from Bashkir - "bad head", height 1640 m).
The Americans were the first to tell the whole world about the existence of a secret mountain facility in the South Urals. On April 16, 1996, The New York Times published an article reporting on a mysterious military base under construction in Russia. “In a secret project reminiscent of the macabre periods of the Cold War, Russia is building a gigantic military complex underground in the Ural Mountains, according to Western officials and witnesses in Russia. To the hidden inside the Yamantau mountain in the Beloretsk region (today - the city of Mizhgirya - ed.) In the South Urals huge complex fits Railway and the motorway. Thousands of workers are involved in the work, ”the newspaper wrote.
Meanwhile, unlike the general public, Yamantau has not been forgotten by tourists who annually climb this mountain. They say that since the beginning of the 2000s, measures to protect the vicinity of Yamantau have tightened. On one side, the mountain is located on the territory of the South Ural state reserve(they say that the reserve was established there not by chance). But not only huntsmen, but also the military are patrolling the vicinity of Yamantau.
As one of the participants in the events said, the construction of an underground base in Mount Yamantau, in fact, began in the Soviet years, during the Cold War. The facility was designed and built by the Construction Directorate-30, subordinate to the Ministry of Defense. The department is based in the closed city of Mizhgirya (formerly Belorets-16, also called the city of Solnechny). The Construction Department-30 specializes in the construction of facilities and structures for underground and surface placement, conducts large-sized underground construction: in this area, US-30 is one of the largest construction organizations.

Part one.

No doubt, our Bashkiria is beautiful. It will take a long time to see all its beauty and sights. And if you don't know which way to look, and where to go, then a whole life will not be enough. But those who have little information should not be upset - that's why there is a branch of the Russian Geographical Society in Bashkiria, in order to popularize, among other things, all our interesting things.

In Bashkiria, I repeat, there is a lot of things, while there is the very thing that must be seen. And so, a small guide.

The Nara Ridge is one of the most powerful ranges in the Southern Urals. The Maly Inzer and Maly Katav rivers originate from its slopes. Its slopes are covered with difficult mountain taiga. The gray tongues of the stone rivers of the Kurums cut into its green sea.
In the central part of the Nara ridge, there is the Kashkatura massif, consisting of three peaks, resembling an animal's head from the side, with horns and a light mark on the forehead. Kashka is translated from Bashkir - a light mark on the forehead of an animal.
Near Kashkatura there is a huge mountain meadow called Courtyards, and behind it is the famous Rocky City. In this place, bizarre rocks rise from a low coniferous forest in a huge space, in which you can see: the ruins of fortresses, watchtowers, human figures. Between them, nature has laid "streets" and "alleys" in a whimsical order.
The rocky city, like the entire Nara ridge, is located in the South Ural State Nature Reserve.

4. Askyn ice cave.

The Askyn ice cave is located on the border of the Arkhangelsk and Gafuri regions of Bashkiria and is the largest bag-shaped cave in the Urals.

The entrance to the cave is located on the left side of the Maly Askyn stream, 2 km east of the village of Solontsy.

Inside the cave is a huge hall, 100 by 60 meters and 34 meters high. The cave floor is covered perennial ice from which ice sculptures, stalagmites and columns of stalagnates "grow".

In terms of ice reserves, the cave is in many ways superior to the famous Kungurskaya.

The formation and preservation of ice in the cave is due to several factors: cold air flows into the cave, like a stone bag, and stagnates there. Water penetrates through the fractured vault and freezes. The ice in the Askyn cave does not melt all year round.

In addition, a fantastic echo "lives" here. Any word, even spoken very quietly, is immediately split into hundreds of voices.

The Askyn Cave is a federal nature monument and a popular tourist attraction.

5. The ridge Inzerskie gears.

Inzer Gears. Photo by V. Kuznetsov.

The Inzerskie Zubchatki ridge is located in the north of the Beloretsk region of Bashkiria, not far from the village of Tirlyanskiy. Moreover, when examining the map, it becomes clear that the ridge has nothing to do with the Inzer River, since the river starts quite far from it. Such is the toponymic incident!

The Inzerskie Zubchatki ridge is small, only 10 km long. However, this is the case when the spool is small, but expensive. Throughout its length, the Jagging is a jumble of rocks and cliffs. If you look closely, you can see in them similarities with human figures or animals. Is here and high peaks, the most real teeth, like the teeth of a fantastic ancient fish. Apparently for this similarity, the ridge got its name.

Inzer Gears are very popular with climbers, because the rocks allow you to test your skills like nowhere else.

Tourists keep up with the climbers. The "folk" trail to Zubchatki does not overgrow all year round.

Iremel. Photo by V. Kuznetsov.

A mountain, or rather a whole mountain range, Iremel is located in the northeast of the Uchalinsky region of Bashkiria, on the border with the Chelyabinsk region. Main peak massif, Mount Big Iremel has a height of 1582 meters above sea level. This is the second highest peak in the South Urals.

Due to its height, Iremel is the embodiment of all the diversity of the South Ural nature. On its slopes there are several natural areas, from the belt of mixed forest, to the arctic desert at the top. The ascent to Iremel is like a journey from south to north, only everything happens much faster.

Iremel was, and is, the Bashkirs sacred peak... Many legends are associated with Iremel. In ancient times, it was only allowed to climb here, but ordinary people were not allowed to climb to the top.

Today Iremel is one of the most popular tourist sites in Bashkiria. To regulate the anthropogenic load on fragile mountain ecosystems, in 2010 it was created here nature Park Iremel.

Also from the Hydrometeorological Center there is information that the temperature will drop significantly at night. Thus, if the temperature is above zero during the day, frosts can be observed at night.

Folk omens report that the first day of summer will show what the weather will be like for the next three months. If June 1 turns out to be hot, then summer is also expected. And if, on the contrary, the first day of the summer season is rainy, then in the summer there will be a sufficient number of cool days and heavy rainfall.

In June, a sufficient amount of precipitation is expected, heavy rains will replace mushroom ones and vice versa. At the end of the month it will get warmer, the warm sun will look out and everyone will finally feel the real arrival of summer.

August in Bashkiria

The month of August is the last chord of summer. It is still warm and sunny, but already hints about the imminent approach of autumn. It is predicted that this month there will be quite a lot of rain and it will be more prolonged and colder. After the 9th, the temperature will begin to drop significantly at night, although the temperature will remain quite high during the day. On such days, warmth is especially appreciated, because summer is coming to an end. If you believe the forecasters, then at the end of August it will be possible to fully enjoy the sun.

What is the difference in Bashkiria from other years? Virtually nothing. But everyone can make it themselves unforgettable. What to do with yourself in order to spend time with benefit? For lovers of quiet and quiet rest there is an opportunity to relax in nature with tents near the Belaya and Zilim rivers. Rafting on them will invigorate and give unforgettable impressions and emotions. For active people there are other types of recreation: mountain bikes, catamarans, hiking and visiting wild places. You can try yourself in the role of a rock climber, and crawl along narrow loopholes in caves.

We should also highlight such recreation as fishing. About fifty species of fish live on the territory of the region, of which the most popular are salmon, trout, bream, crucian carp, roach, pike perch and even ruff. There is something to occupy yourself in the region, therefore, many are interested in the question:

Sunny Bashkiria

Based on the logic of climatic events, the summer in the region will be rather dry. It will rain at the beginning and end of summer. Residents of the villages may feel a shortage of water, because wells and wells are likely to dry out in the middle of summer. Do not forget about fire safety.

Long-term forecasts cannot be 100% accurate. The general picture of the summer of 2019 is visible, but the mood of nature must also be taken into account. In this part of the continent, frequent changes in air masses are noted. Winters are quite cold and summers are warm, sometimes even hot. It is not for nothing that Bashkortostan is called solar, because there is more solar time in the region than in many others in the Russian Federation. The landscape of the region also greatly influences the diversity. Mountains turning into steppe plains and elongated mountain ranges- all this can significantly affect the weather.

The weather in Bashkiria is like a capricious beauty. In the morning it is like that, but in the evening it’s quite different. This is the beauty of the region. And the people living here are happy, they enjoy life and all the changes pogo dy.

In 2018, the deadline for the execution of the May decrees expires, and therefore the preliminary results are being evaluated now. At the final press conference this year, Vladimir Putin himself said that he assessed their performance as satisfactory and expressed confidence that next year all the set targets would be achieved.

Five years ago, the tasks were set more than ambitious: certain categories of workers were supposed to double their wages. By 2018, university professors, in particular, were to receive two average regional salaries per month by 2018. The teachers were promised an average salary already in 2012, in 2013 it was supposed to be received by workers in kindergartens, and by 2018, teachers from colleges. At the same time, no one could have foreseen either the economic crisis or the consequences of the sanctions for the country's economy. Under the circumstances, the entire burden fell on the regions .. It is quite natural that reports on the execution of decrees are heard rarely and not at all as loudly as before.

What about salaries now

In Bashkiria, the average monthly salary, according to Bashstat, today is 29.3 thousand rubles.

Doctors earn on average - 46.7 thousand rubles (in 2013 - 33.1 thousand rubles)

Nurses - 24.7 thousand rubles, (17.2 thousand rubles - 2013)

Orderlies - 19.2 thousand rubles (10.3 thousand rubles - 2013)

University teachers - more than 48.8 thousand rubles, (29.7 thousand rubles - 2013)

Teachers in schools 27.2 thousand rubles (19.8 thousand rubles - 2013)

Kindergarten teachers - 23 thousand rubles, (16.2 thousand rubles - 2013)

Additional education teachers - 22.1 thousand rubles (13.8 thousand rubles - 2013)

Teachers and masters of secondary schools - 25.8 thousand rubles (17.4 thousand rubles - 2013)

Employees of cultural institutions - more than 19.9 thousand rubles. (11.7 thousand rubles - 2013)

Bureaucratic optimization

As you can see, the salaries of all categories of state employees have grown significantly, although they have not yet reached the established levels. For the implementation of the May decrees, huge sums have to be allocated from the regional budget every year. This year alone in Bashkiria for these purposes, according to the Ministry of Finance of the republic, a total of up to five billion rubles have been allocated. Finding these funds in an already meager budget is not easy, and therefore officials are looking for other ways to meet the targets set by the president. These include not only the optimization of costs for various budget items, but also, for example, the reduction of staff in organizations. Another method is an uneven increase in salaries for different categories of employees.

At the beginning of this year, the staffing table was changed, and there was essentially an inflation of the staff at the expense of executive employees, and the number of ordinary employees who directly work with people, on the contrary, is decreasing, '' says nurse-anesthetist of the ambulance station of the Ordzhonikidze district of Ufa Tamara Bogdanova... - We reduced the nurses, transferred them to cleaners, retaining all the previous functions. Salaries were halved. Now everything is going with the fact that one team of resuscitators will be reduced, they say that they will add another paramedic. But due to this, wages will be saved. At the same time, the salaries of employees in the department increased by 2-2.5 times. The thing is that we do not have effective contracts, and therefore the management gets the opportunity to vary financial flows. As a result, over the entire period of execution of the May decrees, our salaries increased only once in 2015, when the increase took place everywhere. For me personally, according to the "road map" for today, there should be 36 thousand rubles, but even despite the fact that I work at 1.5 rates, the salary does not reach this amount.

More sophisticated methods are being used by local authorities and leaders to improve the implementation of the May decrees. So, for example, in Ufa, all cleaners and watchmen were removed from the staff of educational organizations. And although they are not included in the category of workers who were supposed to receive higher wages, the savings in the wage bill are evident. As a result, the average salary is higher, because it was low among the cleaning ladies and dragged down the indicators. This, however, turned into the fact that the floors in schools began to be washed much less often. In one of the schools in Ufa, for example, today a rotavirus infection with herpes has developed among primary school students. Up to half of the students stay at home, a source told MediaCorset on condition of anonymity.

Widespread cost optimization and downsizing helps leaders and officials: they report fairly high performance to the federal authorities. But the real earnings of ordinary employees do not change significantly. It cannot be said that this problem remains unnoticed, but for unknown reasons it remains unresolved.

The degree of execution of the May decrees in the region in terms of increasing salaries for state employees is high today - it is about 90%, the decrees have been executed and are being implemented, - says Nadezhda Krylova, co-chair of the regional headquarters of the All-Russia People's Front.- And for the next year, expenses for the execution of decrees in the budget of the republic are also provided. Another point is that they are executed only at the level of average salaries. A doctor came to see me and told me how the salary had increased at first, but then in some incomprehensible way it began to increase at the head of the department, and her salary dropped from 30 to 13 thousand, as a result she had to look for another job. The situation is similar in schools - principals do not always observe the so-called balance of interests. It turns out that the average salary is growing, but the real salary of employees is not always.

In the regional ONF, "imbalances" in execution are not considered critical, and the decrees themselves are not considered necessary for the region and the country.

The May decrees are a very correct decision, they set the degree of development for all regions. According to the Constitution, Russia is a social state, which means that such measures must be taken and implemented. Yes, it was difficult for individual regions, but they need it, since an increase in wages and the general standard of living is needed first of all by the subjects themselves - so that the economy develops and people do not leave. All problems are solvable, and proof of this can be found in our region as well. These difficulties, on the contrary, should stimulate regional authorities to fulfill new tasks. But not at the expense of ordinary doctors and teachers.
