Worst hotel we have ever been to. “Imera” is a deception in everything. The information stated on the hotel website is not true. The parking area belongs to the back yard; there were baby strollers and bags of garbage piled up there, and there was rebar lying around; the parking lot was not guarded. There was no buffet or animation. There were no hotel canopies or sunbeds found on the beach. Children's playground with peeling paint, the elevator works on the fifth press, savings on everything for decent money. It is problematic to return the amount paid; at the reception they say that they do not return money.

Well, let's start with the negative. We rested in July 2018 for 10 days. The first thing that caught my eye was the parking lot. It simply doesn't exist. Although when booking in February we were assured that everything was there and there would be room for your car. As a result, we parked the car wherever we had to. In our presence, a man’s car window was broken, by whom and what is unknown. The hotel is not obliged to look after the cars. Go ahead. At the reception there is a rating sign with Booking Com 8.6 points. I understand that you may be valued this way, but in reality this rating is a maximum of 3.
Upon check-in, they gave one card for three. Payment for the room is only in cash, or transfer to their account. MADNESS!!! The whole world pays with cards, even in the market, but we only have cash. Everything in the room works from a card in a special slot. We put the food in the refrigerator, it’s hot, and when we go to the beach we take out the card and take it with us, and therefore everything turns off. We asked for a second card and were refused. We left the card in the room and spent a couple of days chasing the maids until they worked up a sweat to open the room for us. In the end they gave me another card. HOORAY!!! Next, the Internet. On the very first day we went to a communication store and bought a modem for 2500. Because the Internet just crawls. And it is not possible to work on a computer. Consider who works on vacation. There is no security as such. Therefore, everyone in the hotel is from neighboring hotels and generally strangers. Children ride the elevator for hours and no one says a word to them. And they SAY THAT they save electricity. FUNNY!!!
Now let's go over the positive. The room is quite decent. Cleaning and linen change every two days. The pool is large, the cafe is right next to the pool. The cuisine is quite decent and varied. The price tag is certainly not an issue. Even for us.

Also, everyone who is not too lazy goes to the pool. If you have a hotel, then make some kind of boundary, who is yours and who is not. Russia in a word. The dining room is quite edible. The average price tag for food for three is 1000 rubles. Cool.
After the opening of the Crimean Bridge there is nothing to do at our resorts. Just one big market and a collective farm. I hope my review will tell someone where and how to go on vacation.

"Imera" is not just a hotel, but a whole complex! There are no such people in Vityazevo anymore, and indeed they don’t exist in nature! We are very glad that we chose this hotel in all of Vityazevo, and not some other option, although many places were offered according to our requests. I would like to thank the cheerful and positive staff, cooks, pool attendants and other hotel employees for their attentiveness and hard work! Our holiday this year was really different from previous ones, it is much more comfortable, and our children are much happier than before! And all thanks to you, dears! Relaxed in "Imera" with the whole family! I am a grandmother, with me were my grandchildren Artem and Lisa, as well as their parents Olga and Vyacheslav. We are from Voronezh. I had never been to such a luxurious hotel before. Previously, we vacationed in the private sector. But the son and daughter-in-law insisted on good hotel. They always do not skimp on vacations. As a grandmother, I really liked Vityazevo. The most important thing for me is that my grandchildren are happy. The children were speechless at the sight of such attractions. It was my first time visiting a water park. It’s great, of course, and what modern technology can’t come up with. I liked the food at the hotel; I rate the food according to my grandmother’s strictness. The rooms are top class, the feeling is superb. It’s convenient to come, sleep, wake up. Swimming pool and exercise in the morning, sea and attractions in the afternoon, and a walk around the wonderful Vityazevo in the evening. Overall the holiday was a success!

Vacationers will find entertainment for every taste: bungee, jet skis, water parachutes, banana and tablet rides.
