For the past 6 years once a year, we have rest in Crete. Stayed almost in all regions (in cities or suburbs of Chania, Bali, Rethymnon, Elunda). In the summer, we rest only with children (I have our three, plus we always fly in a group with your relatives, they also have children), so for us the main requirements for the summer trip is the clean sea, clean beach, safety (including meals, Accommodation, etc.) and entertainment for children. Much, from what is written in negative reviews is true, but we have come for the second time in a row that this hotel and my children do not even want to hear anything about traveling to other places. And this despite the fact that we saw all the Crete, and the decent part of other places - cities and continents (India, Spain, United Kingdom, France, Czech Republic, Egypt, Turkey). But children consider days to a new trip to this hotel, and we, adults - not at all against it. I will start with absolutely undisputed moments, so to speak, an information about the reality: 1. A surprisingly clean pebble beach (with a multicolored pebbles) and a blue-turquoise sea. Next to this hotel there are no other hotels to neither right or left; Private houses in the mountains are also not so much (in the north of Crites at home almost one above one), and therefore relatively not so much vacationers are quite free on the big beach. In the sea - only clean water, and not plastic cups, packages, remnants of hot dogs or diapers used. The beach is also without cigarette, clean; Sun beds stand at a sufficient distance from each other. Between the sun beds and the sea for ten more beautiful pure pebbles - there is a space that you feel part of nature when they are lying on clean hot stones after swimming in the sea. Not far from the shore in the sea leaves some fresh sources (they told local), that is, water in the sea is constantly updated. As for us, the purest sea is the main thing for which we fly for several thousand km from the city jungle and what we pay for your money. 2. Surprisingly friendly and professional animators who involve children, and adults in different activity, are about the people of different nationalities. I have sports kids, so we used half the possibilities from a large selection: water polo, volleyball, table tennis, darts, butt, aqua aerobics. Instructors - guys from Italy, Spain, Portugal. But what are just incredible and professional shows they do in the evening! As soon as the animators learned that my children were professional athletes (they were 9 and 11 years old), they were also immediately invited to participate in the evening on a big stage from the Break Dance show together with the professional dancer Diego from Mexico (the hotel's main animator). The next day, my children became very famous in the hotel, it was their "five minutes of glory")) But there are almost all the animators - artists - or professional, or by calling, so I highly recommend visiting their shows "Variety", you will not stay indifferent Believe! Thanks Diego, Sarah, Alex, Maria, and others for a good mood in your hotel every day! 3. The numbers this year were after cosmetic repairs (everything painted). The rooms are small, the balconies are small, but we somehow have been placed. I give a photo of our number when settling. Why the table was covered in the room - as permanent customers of the hotel, or as the first customers this year (the hotel after repair opened on June 1) - I do not know. On Sunday, the room is not cleaned. Beds change every two days, the presence of tips does not affect this (verified). 4. There are two water slides for children from 7 years, but for my children they were small and uninteresting. In addition, according to the rules of the hotel, these low slides cannot be used to small children (namely, they may have been interesting). 5. Meals - without special delights, but we always found that it was eating. I really liked roasted fish, Greek salad and natural Greek yogurt. Almost all vacation eating them only and felt perfectly. I really liked the food in the Greek day - there were traditional dishes and sweets. My youngest son is a strong allergic, but for the time of vacation, all the allergies passed - whether the power of the sea, or really high-quality food. Clean empty plates from the tables very quickly and always with a smile. Guests of the hotel at my time, mostly were Czechs. Then undercat the Poles, Russians and Germans.
