Traveling with children
For applicants under the age of 18 and planning to travel to Morocco accompanied by one of the parents or third parties, it is necessary:

Obtaining a residence permit in Morocco.

Russian citizens do not need a visa to travel to Western Sahara.
In fact, the territory of Western Sahara belongs to Morocco, so this country is subject to the usual Moroccan rules of entry and stay. There are no restrictions on movement in Western Sahara, however, travel to areas controlled by the Polisario Front may require permission from local authorities.

Citizens of the CIS, when applying for visas in Moscow and having no place of work (work permit) or lack of confirmation of the availability of funds in the bank, have the right to provide a letter of sponsorship with a copy of the sponsor's passport, a copy of the certificate confirming their relation to the applicant, confirmation of the place of work and statement of the availability of funds in bank. Sponsors in relation to each other can only be parents, children, grandparents, husband and wife. Sponsorship of other persons has no legal significance.

Citizens of the CIS (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine), citizens of Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, in the absence of a consulate on their territory, have the right to apply for a visa at the consulate in Moscow without the need to confirm legal stay on the territory of Russia.
