If you decide that you have a need for a passport, then civil servants allow you to order it via the Internet. Of course, any person has questions and fears in such a matter, so we decided to lay out the instructions for obtaining a passport of a new sample.

The whole process will take you no more than 40 minutes with a leisurely reading and repetition of each step. But you will not sit in the queues in the separation of the federal migration service, and for each person, from the queue on the standard is allocated 20 minutes. Still consider that many come to take a turn back at 6 am and even if you are early in need, you still won't be among the first. Instructions for receiving passport through civil servants

Open the site gosuslugi.ru and go to the service directory. There find the category of "Passports, Registration, Visas" category, and in it, "Stamp passport".

You will appear with a window with a choice of a passport type. You can choose a new sample passport, which is valid for 10 years or an old sample, which will serve you for 5 years. Everyone has their own advantages and let's stop at each of them.

Which one to choose to solve you, but, in any case, you will need the following documents:

passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
employment history
if you have already been a passport, who has a validity period, then prepare it
your photo in JPEG format (click on the photo file with the right mouse button, go to the properties and check the file type)

Now you need to fill out a statement in electronic form. Here you will need information about work in the last 10 years. When you fill it out, it will be tested for three working days and notify you about the results of the inspection. If it is approved, the invitation will appear.

Let's consider the process of filling out the application for a passport. In the first step, you will be asked to fill out your personal data. Enter your last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, contact phone and email address.

In the second step, you will need your passport to enter its series and number, the date of issue and the code of the division. In addition, enter the country in which the place of your birth was born.

In the third step, you will be asked if you changed your last name. Answer yes or no.

The fourth step will ask you for the availability of second citizenship.

In the fifth step, you will need to choose the type of circulation. It may be at the place of residence, at the place of actual residence and at the place of stay. In the FIAS field, select the nearest to you.

So we came to the time of downloading the file with your personal photo. All requirements are indicated in the picture: The head should not be above the upper line, the eyes should be at the level of the midline, and the shoulders at the bottom line level.

On the 7 step, select the type of registration of the passport (primary, in addition or instead). Indicate for what purpose you get a passport and do you have a valid passport.

The eighth step is the longest in terms of filling, as it is here that you will need to specify your activity in the last 10 years. This applies not only to work, but also study with the passage of military service.

At the ninth step, you will need to point out the admission to the information of the special importance, the availability of contractual relationships, which may interfere with the border, about the passage of at the moment military service, evasion from the fulfillment of obligations imposed by the court and the availability of condoms.

The final 10 step will ask you to select a document for submitting documents and confirm your consent to handling personal data.

Submission of documents for a passport

After you sent a statement in electronic form, the status of your application will be sent "sent". It will be considered within a few days and change it to "accepted". At this point, you will be sent an invitation to your FMS compartment so that you can provide the original documents and their copy. In addition, you will take pictures there. The list of all the necessary documents will be contained in the notification. You must come with everything you need no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the invitation. If you make up a passport of a new sample, then you will need to take with you:

Passport and its photocopy (open the page with a photo page, a page with a stamp on registration and pages with information about previously issued passports)
Receipt of the payment of the state duty for issuing a foreign passport of a new sample (you can pay it in the nearest branch of Sberbank or in the payment terminal in the FMS building)
Military ID (for men aged 18 to 27 years old)
Help from the military registration and enlistment office, in which it is confirmed that you are not called for military service or are not aimed at alternative civil service and have no restrictions on the country's limits)
Help from work or study
2 photos from the photo mapper (be sure to tell me that you are photographed on the passport of a new sample)

Obtaining passport

After 20-30 days, you will receive a notice of the readiness of the document and you will be invited to receive it. The issue of issuing is located in the same place where you filed the original documents and their photocopies. Your Russian passport will put a stamp on the issuance of a passport and the whole procedure will be completed.
