1.1. 2.2.2. The use of informational text materials of the Edition by religious and charitable organizations, as well as by any educational institutions on a gratuitous basis, is possible only after obtaining the written permission (consent) of the Edition.

2.2.3. News materials of the Edition, located at http: // (subdomain) .gorsite.ru / ..., can be used by any Users without obtaining the written permission of the Editorial Board and free of charge, provided that these materials are not the main content of the product, in which are used. At the same time, Users are obliged in each case of using news materials to provide a link to the source and a hyperlink to the site from which the specified materials were borrowed.

2.2.4. Making any changes and / or additions to the materials of the Edition, as well as any processing of materials is prohibited.

2.3. Other uses:

2.3.1. Commercial use of the materials of the Edition is carried out on the basis of contracts concluded in writing.

2.3.2. Any use of photo, graphic, video, audio and other materials posted on the Site and in Special Projects belonging to the Publishing and other third parties is prohibited.

2.3.3. If it is necessary to use the materials of the Edition specified in clause 2.3.2. of these rules, belonging to the Publishing, Users are obliged to obtain written permission (consent) of the Publishing for the use of such materials on a reimbursable basis.

2.3.4. Use of the materials of the Edition specified in clause 2.3.2. of these rules, to the extent and for purposes not provided for by the agreement between the Publishing and the User, as well as without an agreement is not allowed.

2.3.5. The cost of using each specific material is agreed by the parties in each specific case.

2.3.6. If it is necessary to use the materials of the Edition specified in clause 2.3.2. of these rules, owned by third parties, Users are obliged to contact the copyright holders of such materials.

Obligations of Users when using materials

3.1. When using the materials of the Edition for any purpose other than personal, a link to the site of the Edition is required:

3.1.1. in printed publications or in other forms on tangible media Users are obliged in each case of using materials to indicate the source - the site "Gorsite.ru" (www.gorsite.ru), in the case of using materials posted in Special Projects - http: // name project.gorsite.ru /.

3.1.4. The use of materials of the Edition obtained from secondary sources is possible only with reference to these sources.

3.2. When using the materials of the Edition, processing of their original text is not allowed. The reduction of the material is possible only if it does not lead to a distortion of its meaning. In this case, Users are solely responsible for distorting the meaning of the materials.

3.3. When using informational, news materials of the Edition, Users should not indicate on their websites and in RSS-mailings the time of release of information, news materials is identical or earlier than the time of their release on the site of the Edition.

The ferry stopped running between the villages of Chingis and Spirino: hundreds of residents of the right bank of the Ob were cut off from the regional center - the village of Ordynsky.

The ferry service this year opened later than usual - in mid-June instead of early May. At the same time, the ferry works intermittently, the head of the Chinggis village council, Nadezhda Igoshina, told the NGS correspondent.

“I didn’t go for a week, I left for four days, and again the same song,” Nadezhda Igoshina described the operation of the ferry, specifying that now the ferry has not been operating since August 7.

According to the head of the village council, 625 residents are registered only in Chingis and the neighboring village of Milovanovo. They regularly have to travel to the regional center on the left bank, since this is where all government agencies are located. The villagers have a difficult time without a ferry.

“They do not carry it on boats, because the shaft is large, not everyone [will take on such a responsibility]. Even if we don't have ferries, it happens when there is a large shaft, and even more so, ”- said Nadezhda Igoshina.

She explained that locals interrupted as best they can. The day before, for example, a "Gazelle" went from the Chinggis village council, on which it was possible to drive 36 kilometers to Nizhnekamenka, and then from there on a ferry to the regional center. But this is not an option, the head of the village council believes. According to her, people incur additional travel expenses, including because the ticket for the Nizhnekamenka-Ordynskoye ferry is more expensive. In addition, on weekends there are long queues of summer residents who want to cross.

Yuri Kraus, the first deputy head of the Ordynsky district administration, explained that ferries between the villages of Chingis and Spirino do not run now due to the fact that the fleet of the carrier, the Nord-West company, was not ready.

“Now their next survey has ended on the barge on which the transport is transported, and in order to provide it to the [Russian] river register, they need to drive it to Berdsk. And there, as far as I understand, they raise it with some kind of inflatable chambers, so that you can see from below, evaluate the thickness of the iron, that is, the quality of the case. This is passenger transportation, and no one will go to the fact that this fleet operates with violations. In any case, they will continue to work, but when the examination passes, the documents will be drawn up. That is, when everything is in order, ”Yuri Kraus emphasized.

SK Nord-West LLC explained that this year they did not plan to work at the Spirino - Chingis ferry at all. But in May 2018, it turned out that there was no one to serve this direction, and the administration of the Ordynsky district asked Nord-West to take up the transportation. It turned out to be difficult to quickly prepare equipment and find workers.

In his official letter to the editorial board of the NGS, the carrier did not name a specific date when ferries between Chingis and Spirino will start operating again. But the company noted that today, on August 10, the ship was inspected by the inspector of the Russian river register... “To resume the work of the vessel, it is necessary to carry out minor repairs of a part of the hull - the bow part, which, due to operation, a constant approach to the unequipped shore, becomes unusable,” the Nord-West reported.
