The booking stated that the room had heating and air conditioning, this was important to us, since we went there at the end of December and, after reading the reviews, found out that the rooms were cold. In fact, it turned out that there was only air conditioning. We had to heat the rooms with hot air, but air conditioning is air conditioning. The room is cold, damp and has an icy floor (this kind of floor is a lifesaver in the summer, but not in the winter). The bed is also cold and damp. We found ourselves in a period of heavy rainfall, and we hung our clothes to dry under the flow of air from the air conditioner, but still the clothes did not dry completely. One night turned out to be especially “successful” when, leaving the bedroom into the corridor, my husband stepped into a cold puddle... It turned out that it was rain pouring slantingly on our door and the water flowed into the gap under the door to our room all the way to the bedroom, we plugged the gap with towels , but in the morning there was a puddle again. There are not enough appliances in the kitchen, after all. And one more unpleasant moment. Through booking we agreed on a transfer from the airport to the hotel and I don’t know due to whose misunderstanding, the final answer did not come whether they would meet us and on the spot we realized that they would not meet us, a taxi to the hotel cost 50 €. During the correspondence with the hotel, messages from the booking company often popped up out of place, which I tried to refuse, perhaps this caused a glitch. Be careful. The hotel itself does not have any corner for children, neither in the lobby nor in the restaurant, only on the far side of the entire territory and then at certain hours. The playground is also very sad, and after the rain you can’t go on it at all, because there’s sticky mud under your feet...

Beautiful area, the pool merges with the horizon ( beautiful photos It could have worked, but we were there in the off-season). The food is quite tasty, the breakfasts are monotonous, but tasty and filling, the dinners vary and on some days they were very, very pleasant. Program for New Year I was pleased, great live music, dance show. Responsive staff.

Ours was 21 next to the parking lot. Room 2112. 2nd floor without sea view. The room is spacious, corresponds to the photo presented when booking. The room claims to have a kitchen, but in fact there is only a kettle, which broke after 2 days, four cups with saucers and teaspoons. There are no plates, spoons, glasses, or knives. Elementary, there is nothing in the room to eat fruit on. There is a small refrigerator, but if you are not in the room, it does not work. The ice cream melted instantly. Bathroom: In our room, the sink was leaking in the bathroom, water even poured into the hallway. We informed the reception, they promised to send a plumber, but 6 days later he never showed up. There is hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom. The plumbing is new and clean. There is a hairdryer in the bedroom, which is weak in power and if it is dirty, it gets hot very quickly and turns off. It needs to be cleaned (There is no iron in the room, it’s in the building where the reception is, but the iron is on the verge of fantasy (it barely irons (and it’s not very convenient to go there to iron (The food is decent, there’s a lot different dishes, we had breakfast, after 6 days I got a little tired of it.

We rested from December 27 to January 6. The hotel consists of separate houses, there are 4 rooms in each house (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs). The houses have parking at the entrance, the houses that do not have parking after the reception.

In winter, the fitness room, swimming pool and sauna are only open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., which is very inconvenient. There is no leisure in the evening. Sauna for extra money (5 euros per hour per person). Jacuzzi is bad. The fitness room is nothing, no ventilation. The heating of the air conditioner in the room is turned off at night. The blankets are thin and it's cold at night. The mattresses are hard, you can feel the springs.

Delicious breakfast, lots of dried fruits and fruits. There are various leisure opportunities, but they are mainly available in summer and on sunny days. The room has heated air conditioning. There is a sauna and heated swimming pool. There is a fitness room.

The room has a “kitchen type”, that is, a small refrigerator, a sink - but not even a microwave. The set of dishes is strange for three guests - two cups, two glasses. Do you take turns drinking? There is no shelf or glass for toothbrushes in the bathroom. clean, but very ascetic.

A cozy apart-hotel, especially if you get a room with a sea view. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach, I really liked the beach itself - it’s fenced off from the sea, like a swimming pool, but it’s not for everybody and some people might not like it. Good breakfast. For family vacation excellent hotel for your money.

I got number 5202. Good number with a living room and a mini kitchen (only a kettle, a mini-fridge and a sink) Meals for 5+.!!! Paid for All Territory - could have used a little more grass (landscaping) No own beach But it's not a problem. There are beaches within a 5-minute leisurely walk. We were in November, 10 nights, we liked everything, starting from the location - buses take about an hour in total from the airport and only 3 euros per person. The hotel is very large, for a group of four, the buildings are separate, with 8 rooms per block. It has its own garden, three swimming pools on the street and one warm one in the building, its own spa and other procedures, two bars, billiards, tennis, you can rent bicycles or a car. The block itself is clean, cleaned every day, bed linen changed every two days, towels every day. The room has its own balcony, kettle and accessories. The room is spacious, bright, has air conditioning, a wardrobe and a refrigerator. We took all inclusive - the food was delicious, varied, a lot of meat, vegetables, fruits, cheese, snacks, autumn, a lot of olives, sweets, ice cream, drinks, there were both Cypriot dishes and ordinary ones. Seating in a restaurant with three rooms was convenient; you could eat in the sun. The waiters cleaned everything up on time, asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything, they were very friendly and talkative. The staff throughout the entire hotel is very pleasant. Among the guests there were many English and Germans, there were no rowdy ones)) In general, we really liked everything, and we were lucky with the weather - sea +24, outside +28-29 😍

Evening Entertainment is mediocre. There is no access to the sea, it’s a 15-minute walk to the beach. But this is a problem for Paphos as a whole (for this area, in any case).

The rooms are separate houses, very cozy and comfortable. The staff is polite and responsive. We checked in after lunch, they saved us a plate of food, a small thing, but nice. There are many pools with different depths, there are public mattresses and circles, sun loungers with umbrellas. Parking on site. Very beautiful interior in the hall. The food is plentiful and varied.

I’ll try to be objective, I’ll just give a review on the pros and cons of this hotel, and the area at the same time. Note for travelers with children from our country: it is better to take AI, since the difference in price is small, and in a restaurant 1 dish costs about 15 euros, drinks - 3-5 euros. If you take meze, it’s about 20-25 euros per person. Pros: 1. The food is varied, tasty, without many spices unusual for the Russian language (as, for example, in Tunisia and Jordan). Seasonal fruits (alas, the promised Watermelons did not happen in October, but there were extremely fresh oranges, grapefruits and apples); meat always comes in several varieties: beef, pork, lamb, turkey, chicken, fish; there are always potatoes (extraordinarily tasty), vegetables, salad buffers with delicious dressings; ice cream; sweet (cream cakes in 2 versions and jelly in 1 version). For breakfast there are cheeses and yoghurts, there is a corner with low-fat yoghurt and low-calorie jam, but there are no stations for dishes prepared in front of guests, for example, the usual scrambled eggs in 10 varieties. The coffee is bad, but that’s what I’ve encountered everywhere. 2. There is a children's menu, and it is very appetizing: every meal a new version of pasta (grated cheese next to it), fish/chicken/crab nuggets; French fries, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, corn. Although my child prefers adult food. 3. Food in AI is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition to main meals, there are snacks (sandwiches, cut fruit, fast food) and ice cream. Children and adults will not remain hungry, no matter what time they wake up. 4. The hotel is located very close to the beach, that is, you can use the sun loungers by the pool and not buy access to sun loungers on the beach (5 € per day for a sun lounger + umbrella). 5. Very good animation for kids. It's nothing like that for adults either. 6. There are air conditioners and they are included in the price. 7. There is Internet EVERYWHERE. And it's fast and included in the price. However, after a thunderstorm it can “lie down”. 8. The staff speaks Russian and English. The restaurant waiters are very attentive. Once I came to dinner without my daughter, and they asked if everything was okay and what happened. 9. There are a couple of budget supermarkets nearby (by the way, all the goods sold on excursions are about 30% cheaper there: carob paste, olive paste, olive oil, balsamic cream and vinegar). 10. There is a bus stop nearby: for just 1.5 euros you can go to the water park (taxi is expensive). Cons: 1. Electricity is only available when an iron bar is inserted into the slot at the entrance door to the room, activating the electricity. It is given 1 for the entire studio room (because of this, we could not charge 1 phone for a long time), that is, while you are not in the room, there will be no electricity and there is no way to get around it (but the refrigerator continues to work, apparently, it is powered by an uninterruptible power supply), 2. No bottled water. You have to pour from the AI machines on the hotel premises (they are only in 2 places), the water in which is ice-cold, and they cannot add lukewarm water (this is the first time I have encountered this). 3. The towels in the room were hardly changed the first couple of days: we were lucky that they were changed on the 3rd day (this, as it turned out, was rare). When cleaning the room, the maids threw out my daughter's woolen sock (this may seem funny, but she slept in woolen socks because her feet were cold) - the floors are tiled. In general, the logic of cleaning is incomprehensible: the maids do not clean on Sundays, but there were other days on which no one came. 4. The toilet flush is very weak (but maybe this was only in our room). I decided not to report anywhere, as this would risk sitting in my room waiting for a plumber. 5. Beach towels can only be changed from 10 to 12: it’s unclear why. For us, the time was completely inconvenient, since we went to the beach at 8-9 am, and returned by lunch, that is, by 12.30, and then completely switched to another beach. (Towels are subject to a deposit of 10 euros and you must keep the receipt for the deposit, otherwise it will not be returned). 6. During the rain, the roof/window leaked (again, they didn’t bother to figure it out, it’s just that in the morning after the rain, the whole chair was wet). 7. Due to tight bookings and cleaning staff working until 15.00, it is not possible to take a check-out (more precisely, there is such a service, it costs 45 €, but there are no possibilities). True, with AI you have food until the end of the day, and you can wash in the showers of the Spa complex.…

The hotel is great. View. Food! Greece - love. We rented a car. We traveled all over Crete. Very tasty cheese in Moscow you are missing. Sea is warm. Playground. The view from breakfast is amazing to the sea. Crete has very picturesque beaches.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paphos, quiet and peaceful beautiful view on the sea. It was just me and my husband, we rented a car, so there were no problems with the distance from the city. There are shops nearby. You can walk along the embankment, walk to any beach, walking was not stressful, since it was not hot, early November. The sea is very warm, the weather is comfortable. The rooms are very large, comfortable, clean, have everything you need. The service is good, the staff is friendly, towels and bed sheets are changed every two or three days. Smile, say hello, leave the maid a euro and everything will be great. We learned a few Greek words of greeting and gratitude and the cordial attitude and dazzling smiles were not long in coming. We changed our room to the second floor without any problems, we like it better because we can leave the door open at night. I liked the food, varied and tasty. We always vacation in Cyprus out of season, but in the fall and early spring; it’s hot in the summer. We come on vacation twice a year and have been to almost all parts of the island. Paphos is more expensive, but more fun, there is something to see and where to wander. In Ayia Napa and Protaras the sea is warmer and larger good beaches. And there is a wonderful protected Cavo Greco. Limassol seemed a little noisy to us. We love Cyprus very much and it answers us the same! Wonderful hotel with great food! Incredibly cozy and family warm. Food is available almost around the clock, the variety and quality of prepared dishes is 5+. Everywhere is clean and tidy, green areas and the beach are 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone! P.S. The only negative is that the hotel is not for those who like noisy parties, loud music and dancing until the morning. But for lovers of silence this will be a huge plus!

The room is spacious and cozy, the walls are simply painted white, nothing extra. The renovation is a C grade, but it's fresh, plus its own terrace. Both air conditioners worked as they should. There is no private beach, you have to walk along the sea for about 500 meters. The beach itself is so-so, there are stones. The area with sand is very small and the water where the sand is muddy. They fed and watered normally, there was always everything and there was enough for everyone without any crowding. Animation in the evening, monotonous. The photo of the pool is cooler than it really is. Overall, I liked everything, but compared to Turkey and Egypt, it’s a little expensive. Overall score 4+

I vacationed in June 2018. I arrived in the evening at 21.00, they immediately put on a bracelet and sent me to dinner. The food is simply wonderful, and the way they prepare the lamb - mmm, very tasty. The territory is huge, 54 two-story houses, each with 4-8 rooms. I had a view of the garden, absolute silence, which is important. The area itself is very beautiful, everything is green, it’s nice to walk. My room was a Studio, large. Everything is new, clean, fresh (the hotel was renovated this year). Cleaning every day. There is a Wi-Fi point and a USB socket in the room, so there is no need to buy an adapter. If there is a need to connect other electrical appliances, there is a mini-market on site, the adapter costs about 2 euros there. The mini-market also sells souvenirs, alcohol and cigarettes. The hotel does not have its own beach, you need to go down about 5-7 minutes towards other hotels. There is a sandy approach, and there is an approach from stones and ladders. It didn't bother me. There is a swimming pool on site, and more than one - sun loungers, umbrellas - everything is there. At the reception you can take a beach towel as a deposit, 10 euros for the entire period. You can change it every day, the deposit will be returned when you decide to finally return the towel. The pool bar offers cocktails, beer, tea and coffee, ice cream, burgers, fries. Everything is free:) 5-7 minutes walk - bus stop No. 615, if you go to the left - Coral Bay beach, to the right - Paphos embankment. These are the final stops for the bus. The fare is 1.5 euros. In general, a solid four, and by Turkish standards, probably a five :)

Thank you, I liked everything very much, we didn’t want to leave, the rooms were all renovated, the furniture was new, everything was clean, the appliances worked (kettle, hairdryer in the room), there were no additional payments (neither for the key, nor for water in the room) the food was very tasty, the choice is not huge, but it is of high quality - we have 4 completely different tastes and everyone was full (the child is 2 years old and 8 years old) it took about 7 minutes to get to the sea, we made an entry (stairs into the depths and a bridge into the shallows) I would like to come back, better than Turkey luxury, there were few Russians, the animation was not impressive, and you could always keep yourself busy - aqua aerobics, water volleyball, table tennis. Suddenly there is a hob with an oven, a toaster and an electric kettle, as well as a set of dishes. Small refrigerator, old CRT TV, air conditioning. The bathroom had a leaky shower and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet itself. The rest of the bathroom is quite tolerable. In the studio room, suddenly there is a sewer drain from the top floor inside the closet. That is, you open the door, and there is a plastic pipe. Naturally, any flush is clearly audible. Ants easily penetrate into the room on the first floor, sometimes 1-1.5 cm in size - not very pleasant. On the balcony there is a table and a clothes dryer.

We vacationed in Actaeon for the second time this year, which speaks for itself. Excellent staff, they remembered us, for the second time, at our request, they gave us the same room, they accommodated us, checking in a 1.5-year-old child a few hours earlier, etc. I draw attention to the main thing - THIS IS NOT FOUR STARS! VILLAGE hotels not rated with stars at all! The first time we were misled by the stars, we did not take shower gel, for example, or shampoo. But all this did not happen simply because it was not provided for. A kitchen in the room is very convenient if you have a small child and the freshest food in supermarkets. You shouldn't take more than breakfast and dinner. Next time - and we will definitely return here - we will try to make do with breakfast. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. Large selection of meat. The menu is repeated weekly, by the end of the second week we were a little tired of eating :) There are problems with swimming places. There are strong undercurrents everywhere, but incredible views and rocky cliffs. We went swimming in the center of Paphos, it didn’t bother us. We are generally easy-going, simple and non-conflicting. By the way, the employees said that Actaeon will close in October or November for renovation. All rooms will be renovated, my husband has heard about plans for installation water slides and increasing the pool area. To our answer: it will probably become much more expensive, they answered that this is not a fact. We'll find out next year :)

There is no private beach, but what views there are near the hotel, being on a mountain, there are rocks, cliffs, you can see the sea beating against them, you are like at the end of the world. The beach itself is not far, about 5-6 minutes walk, there is sand and slabs for every taste. I don’t really recommend going to the central beach (Coral Bay), it’s too narrow, everything is lined with umbrellas and sunbeds for 7 euros, there’s simply nowhere to lie down, even to take a shower you have to pay. The only positive thing is that there is sand everywhere and the sea is not deep at first.

So they piled everything on, salted it and warmed it up... The tiles in the children's part of the pool are like in a public toilet. Very cheap and very slippery. The animation is very primitive. Cleaning means taking out the trash and replacing towels. Well, if they smack the center a couple of times with a brush, that’s good. But not every time, of course... Well, we went to Coral Bay 2 times, nothing special there, a good sandy beach, almost no waves. In general, when we arrived (they didn’t know it themselves), the representative of the tour operator told everyone that Paphos is not beach holiday, there you need to travel and see the sights. We didn’t regret at all that we went there, we took buggies for 2 days and traveled to almost all the outskirts of the city, to places where not all excursions lead. So for those who just want the sea and the beach, then you should not go to Paphos, but to Ayia Napa or Protaras. Food. I really liked the food at the hotel, the breakfasts were ordinary, like everywhere else, and the dinners were always different, a lot of salads, meat (there were all kinds, even 2 times there was very tasty lamb), fruits, seafood, there were desserts every time. People flock to the beach from all the surrounding resorts, so it is always very crowded here. There are no sunbeds or umbrellas, but there are changing rooms, showers and toilets. There is no special entertainment either.

For them you need to go to Coral Bay, a gorgeous beach with turquoise clear water and a comfortable bottom. Aquatic species sports (skis, kayaks, diving) and entertainment such as bicycles, masks for swimming under water, “bananas” are presented in all their diversity. From the hotel, tourists get to the beach by city buses or rent a car. Beach towels are provided against a deposit at the reception (5 €) and are changed daily. The deposit is returned upon departure.
