A considerable number of people marry Israeli citizens in the territory of the former Soviet Union. According to the existing legislation, after some time, the Israeli spouse has the opportunity to call his wife to his homeland.
The procedure is as follows:
- first you need to get a marriage certificate, legalize it and certify it with two seals;
- prepare a package of documents confirming the authenticity of the marriage;
- submit documents to the Israeli Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- fill out a special application form;
- attach all documents to the application;
