In the future, it will probably appear, but at present there is no clarity with the timing of the gas supply connection. However, the developer did not undertake any obligations on it.

When visiting the village, it leaves a pleasant impression. There are already quite a few people living here (more than 110 families live). Owners equip and decorate their households. Someone may not like the lack of a unified style (there were no strict requirements for cottages under construction), but on the other hand, on these hills, the variety of houses is perceived very organically.

After that, the land plot, by the decision of the deputies, entered the boundaries of the Leskolovsky rural settlement.

    But after the opening of sales in the village, the Committee for natural resources Leningrad region filed a lawsuit in arbitration court demanding to deprive City 78 suburban real estate of ownership of the land plot, as it allegedly remained part of the forest fund. According to the developer, back in 2010, officials were supposed to change the boundaries of the forest fund due to the appearance of a private land plot, but they did not.

    Within the framework of the court, the Prosecutor's Office carried out an inspection and found that the master plan was changed in accordance with the law. In addition, the Prosecutor's Office did not find grounds for taking any measures due to the developer cutting down trees on his site. As a result, the supervisory authority ordered officials to remove the imposition of forest land on the developer's site.

    In April 2016, the claim to the Committee for Natural Resources was denied. In August and November of the same year, the higher courts rejected the appeal and cassation by the Committee.

    Meanwhile, back in the spring of 2015, in parallel with the claim of the Committee, the Vsevolozhsk Prosecutor's Office through the court demanded that the changes to the general plan of the Leskolovsky settlement be canceled.

    After the court in all three instances rejected the Committee's claim against City 78 suburban real estate, the Vsevolozhsk City Court resumed consideration of the Prosecutor's Office's claim and at the end of December 2016 refused to satisfy it. A month later, the decision came into force.
