I liked everything very much, clean rooms, spacious bathroom, smiling Thais at the reception (and one gloomy Russian:()), delicious breakfasts, wonderful rock concerts several times a week. Far from the sea, but good for exercise! Immediately to the left of the entrance there is a modest restaurant with very tasty inexpensive seafood and not spicy magical Tom Yan. The massage at the hotel is wonderful (especially the masseuse named Ooo).

We took a family room with a balcony overlooking the garden, as we were vacationing as a family with our 2-year-old daughter. The room is spacious with a modern design. There was everything you needed, including a hairdryer and slippers. A crib can be provided for an additional fee. We were not always happy with the cleaning; the towels were not changed several times. The food is good, but there is little choice for small children. They spent time swimming in the pools, visiting the children's room, while the wife went for a Thai massage. It’s a bit far from the sea, about 15 minutes on foot, early in the morning you can get there by free tuk tuk or by bus from 10 am. I really liked Kata Beach. Beautiful blue sea with colorful fishes, shallow White sand, smooth sunset, mountains with lush greenery - it’s just a fairy tale! I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday with children!

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at the Kata Sea Breeze Hotel, on Kata Beach, on the island of Phuket. Check-in was a little slow, but we got an excellent room, with access to the pool. I must say that the hotel is completely new and the decor is very beautiful. The room has comfortable beds, TV with Russian channels, and a safe. Cleaning is daily. In general, the staff is friendly and treats guests well.
The only inconvenience was the poor quality of the Internet. The rooms have paid wi-fi, but it is a bit expensive. Local 3G will be cheaper, but then stock up on a second phone.
The food is varied, but not for everyone, this is Thailand after all. Tastier and less expensive food in nearby cafes. There's a Russian restaurant nearby if you don't like spicy food. You can have a good rest at the hotel: there is a spa with Thai massage, and there are 4 swimming pools. Our room went straight to the pool, very convenient.
It's a 10 minute walk to the beach. We fell in love with him! There are no nightclubs or bars here, but everything is very well done for have a relaxing holiday. There are a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas, but they are paid for. You will also have to pay for a shower and toilet, but here, since you don’t have to, you might get lucky. The nature here is gorgeous: the azure sea, surrounded by small mountains covered with greenery. The sand is fine and soft. One of the few entertainments on the beach is jet skis.
There is little entertainment near the hotel; they mainly offer shopping. So, in order not to get bored, think about what you will do here in advance. The hotel is good, it is quiet, there are no large crowds of people, although there are plenty of tourists. You can relax here for couples and families.

Hello, potential vacationers of the Kata Sea Bri or Kata Siberia hotel :), this is how it will be recognizable to tuk tukers and taxi drivers, because under the name Kata Sea Breeze with English pronunciation the local population will not understand you. The first thing you should pay attention to is that the hotel is very well located and this applies not only to the nearby beach, night market, normal cafes and restaurants, but also to the hotel itself - the buildings are facing each other, casting a shadow on the large swimming pool (believe me with a sunburned back it will be yours favorite place) and public places - a restaurant, a shop, a children's room and a gym. Secondly and most importantly, if you have children, this is the hotel for you! Being the father of two-year-old twins myself, I responsibly declare that at breakfasts in the restaurant, the child will always find something to eat, child seats and smiling and friendly staff will help. Children's room with air conditioning, Children's swimming pool, a sandbox with a strange-looking sculpture of a baby elephant. In general, it’s comfortable there with children, but if you have the opportunity to leave a small child at home, in my opinion, leave and relax on your own. You get sunburned by the wild sun even under the clouds, but you understand that you can kick a child out of the sea or from the pool, but I’m generally silent about the 7-hour flight and 3-hour drive to Krabi airport. Decide for yourself. My wife and I vacationed from 05/10/2014 to 05/23/2014, we were scared by the rainy season, but in the end we saw rain a couple of times on sea excursions far out to sea, and on May 22 it rained like a wall for half a day, but this did not stop us from swimming in the sea. For septic tanks - we have already been to Thailand 3 times, Pattaya 2 times, Phuket 1 time, Cambodia 1 time, so we have seen different hotels and Sibri honestly gets 3 stars. You shouldn’t be surprised about the deposit, say thank you to our compatriots and their behavior, so prepare $100 right away, and believe me, it will be very useful to you on the last day of departure - flight delays are a common story. The room was cleaned every day, tips at your discretion. The food was good, but don’t take breakfast on the excursion - the box contains a glass of water, a tangerine and a sandwich from 7eleven. Now helpful information: the best exchanger is as you leave the hotel on the second right next to 7 eleven, further towards Karona beach there is a night market - you need to go to the pizzeria there is also an arrow to the kent club there you can buy clothes and souvenirs and fruits, so you don’t have to go to the night market in Phuket Town on the weekend. In general Phuket is not the best place for shopping. A good massage parlor to the left of the hotel opposite the monument with 9 elephants at the crossroads to the kata beach 300 meters from the hotel, don’t buy anything in the market from the Indians, the price tag isn’t negotiable at all! You will come across them on your way to the beach! the beaches are very kata nice beach, karon and katana are the same, just move on, go once and you’ll understand. transport - 200 baht for at least 100 meters, always bargain, the most rude ones in Thailand are tuk tukers. Take medicine for the stomach with you, a lifesaving cream, if you peel off the wounds will not heal well without it. Good luck to everyone and have a good rest.

The hotel will undergo renovation work between June and October 2018. The hotel plans to renovate all rooms in building A (building at the reception), as well as renovate the pool.

    FLIGHT
Three of us flew with a 9 year old child. Round trip with Rossiya Airlines on a Boeing 747-400. Everything is exactly on schedule. Very decent food. It's hot twice per flight. Free drinks: water, cola, orange juice. No travel kits (eye masks, slippers/socks, pillows). Online registration available in both Moscow and Phuket.

    HOTEL
    CHECK IN
The staff at the reception speaks good English. I did not see the Russian hotel representative upon arrival (however, I did not meet him even once during the entire stay). We arrived at approximately 14:30. Processed immediately and quickly. Deposit 100$. When leaving, they returned it in exactly the same bills that they took away (kept in your personal file). The suitcases were delivered to the room. The reception area is quite spacious, with many sofas. There is a free lemonade station, which was stocked daily with a variety of chilled teas made from local flowers. There are luggage scales. There is an ATM in the lobby, we did not use it.

On the eve of our arrival, I wrote to the hotel with a wish to move us into building No. 5. This is the farthest building, the newest and calmest. They told me that the hotel was full, but they would note my request and upon check-in they would try to resolve the issue if possible. Upon check-in, we were given a room in the fifth building No. 5511 without a reminder.

    INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. I attach a photo with a connection diagram. We didn’t use it, but people were always present in the lobby, glued to their phones. Upon arrival, representatives of the tour operator issued local SIM cards. The cards initially have a non-zero balance. You can talk with Russia for three minutes and, in addition, during the day of arrival, free Internet traffic in instant messengers.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we topped up our balance at 7-eleven by choosing the most capacious tariff: 550 baht for 15 days, which includes 8Gb of very fast internet and 50 baht for calls. In case of overuse of traffic, the Internet does not turn off, but the speed limit begins to apply. The Internet can be distributed to other devices without restrictions.

All establishments we visited had free Wi-Fi.

    NUMBER
The room is spacious and bright. The furniture, decoration, plumbing are fresh and in good condition.
In the room: individual air conditioning, free safe, kettle, refrigerator, telephone, TV with one Russian channel (Russia), two pairs of slates, two umbrellas, ashtray on the balcony (no smoking in the rooms), glass glasses, mugs, teaspoons.

The key to the lock is on the same sealed ring with the key to the air conditioner. Our ring was detachable. It was convenient to leave the child to sleep in an air-conditioned room early in the morning while we went to the sea before breakfast.

What we took with us from home was useful: a normal knife, a couple of spoons and forks, a cutting board, several plastic plates - it was nice to cut fruit and arrange it like a human being.

    ROOM SERVICE
Cleaning is daily, normal (without fanaticism, but also without complaints). Daily replacement of shampoos/gels, provision of 0.5 liters of water in glass bottles per person. Towels (shower and beach) are changed if they are placed on the floor. Bed linen is changed if a special green sign is placed on the bed (a request to change bed linen is written on it in different languages). Also supplemented with tea, coffee, sugar, dry wipes.

There are fines for damaged furniture and broken/stolen dishes. The child pushed it off the nightstand and broke a glass. A day later they brought a receipt to the room for payment of 100 baht. We went to the reception and paid in advance so that they wouldn’t deduct it from the deposit later.

    TERRITORY
The territory is elongated, limited at the edges by buildings. Very spacious, cozy, green, well-groomed. Everything is thought out. Several bars, plenty of swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds, toilets, showers in different places. There are many beautiful figurines and corners around the territory where you can make good photos(a diagram of the territory is in the photo).

There were no mosquitoes/sandflies. We took a fumigator - it was not useful. Perhaps I was just lucky.

Daily water sampling in swimming pools.

    VIEW FROM THE BALCONY
Balconies are located with views inside the hotel. There is no sea view anywhere, but some buildings offer beautiful view to the mountains, Big Buddha.

    FOOD
Main meals in the main (and only) restaurant. The area is large, open-air type, divided into several zones (furniture of different sizes and styles and different decorations). There is a completely open veranda. Breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30. If you stay late, no one will be impatient.

Food containers and fruits are replenished without delay. I was especially pleased that they did this until the very end of breakfast. Crockery and cutlery are of high quality, clean and in abundance. Tables are cleared slowly, but there is seating available at any time. If you need to set an empty table, it is better to do it yourself, without waiting for the staff; in two places in the hall there are plastic boxes with cutlery and napkins for tables.

The food is beyond praise and there is no point in describing it in detail. Of the hotels we visited in Phuket, this time was the best. Varied and for every taste - European and Asian dishes. Maybe a little too little meat, but it's general feature This was compensated by a large selection of local dishes. Delicious soup, like Vietnamese Pho-Bo. Very tasty yogurt - we are all hooked on it. Fruits - pineapples, watermelons. Sometimes papaya and dragon fruit.

We have always had a problem feeding a child in Thailand. But this time he immediately ate up, to our relief (cereals, pancakes with honey, sausages, pasta, yogurt were a hit with him).

    ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS
    There is no centralized animation.

On the territory there is mini-football, a billiard table on the street under a canopy, a gym (I was pleased with the presence of the minimum necessary set of properly working exercise equipment, good air conditioning, the presence of towels), a children's mini-playground with a sandbox, a children's club (people were always present there), two bar open and one in the lobby.

Every evening a cartoon and a movie (in English) were broadcast. The projector is aimed directly at the wall of one of the buildings in front of the restaurant. Spectators sit on stuffed bags on the grass. Cosy.

On Fridays there are theme nights on site: market + food. There are tables set up on the lawns where they sell souvenirs and prepare street food right there: kebabs, pad thai, grilled shrimp, etc. Cocktails are mixed right there. Street prices.

Tuesday evenings at the BBQ restaurant. Prices are normal restaurant prices, like in neighboring establishments.

There are a couple of shops at the hotel, we did not visit.

You can rent a bike at the hotel. At the hotel, rent per day costs 300 baht without additional deposit. If you rent for a few days, you can negotiate. The contract only includes health insurance. All costs associated with damage or theft of the bike are not included in the insurance. This is a common rule: a rental agreement in a hotel and on the street are the same template (the photo shows an agreement from a hotel).

    HOTEL STAFF AND GUESTS
The staff is friendly and professional. I haven’t met any Russian speakers. English is spoken acceptably only at the reception and those handing out stories. And in the restaurant, and with the cleaning ladies, and with everyone else, you will have to explain things on your own. But it's not a problem.

The hotel guests, in my opinion, were divided in the ratio of 50% Russians and 50% everyone else (Germans, Danes, South African sheep, Australians, etc.).

    AROUND THE HOTEL
The hotel is located very, very well.

    BEACHES
Kata Beach (10 minutes leisurely) near the main entrance is very clean and well-groomed. Since it gets dark quite early (at 19:00 it is already dark), cleaning is done in the morning, after 7 o’clock. We did not use sun loungers and umbrellas, but, as I noticed, there were no problems with them.

The further to the right (if you look at the sea), the deserted and less well-groomed the beach (this does not mean that it is neglected, just less well-groomed).

The only toilet (10 baht) and shower (20 baht) are located at the entrance to the beach. If you need to rinse fresh water, you can pretend that you don’t know how to read and enter the hotel territory (7 elephants) from the beach along the stairs. There is a large container with fresh water and a ladle.

Kata Noi Beach is not crowded. Very picturesque and very undulating. Only those who are persistent can manage the road on foot. 200 baht by tuk tuk. We rode a bike.

Karon Beach. This year we were bitten in the sea (by plankton). Moreover, it is very noticeable. This didn't happen last year. The distance and cost of travel is similar to Kata Noi. The only thing that can be noted is that a little before reaching Karon there is Dino Park. Our child has already grown up, but with small children we can drop by along the way.

The sea is clean and very warm everywhere. There is no point in writing about waves. This does not happen once in a while. This time Karon was quieter, and Katya was worried. Only Kata Noi, as always, excites consistently.

    RESTAURANTS
There are many of them around the hotel for every taste and budget.

Many people write about the County house (to the right of the hotel). We did not appreciate the quality of the food, the selection, or the price tag. I won’t say anything bad, I’m just not impressed and it’s not worth so many reviews. However, there were always people there at lunchtime and in the evening. Mostly Russians.

Most often we visited Coconut and Veranda (to the left of the hotel on the road closer to the beach). These establishments suited both us and the child. At Veranda, the child appreciated dumplings (fried or boiled for 100 baht), spaghetti (namely, simple spaghetti with cheese, not pasta flavored with something the child does not eat). At Coconut, the child got hooked on the pizza (255 baht). The pizza is big (but the child managed to eat it whole) and really tasty. You could order the pizza halves with different toppings. In both establishments, perch was 200 baht. Such prices could only be found among street cooks. Generally, prices in restaurants for perch are 300-400 baht.

There is no point in describing local food. We are big fans of Asian food. If you don’t like local food, it means losing half of what you came to Thailand for.

    THE SHOPS
Family mart and 7-eleven are located on both sides of the hotel. The closest one to the right (7-eleven). Family mart is a little more expensive, but there is no time limit for selling alcohol. At 7-eleven the limit is from 14:00 to 17:00. Strong drinks cost the same in all stores. Local whiskey 0.7 - 256 baht. Rum 0.7 - 302 baht.

    MICRO MARKETS
They are everywhere. Yellow mangoes depending on ripeness 40, 50, 60 baht. Greens 70. Passion fruit 80, 100. Mangosteens 50, 60, 70. At your request, they will clean, cut, and give you chopsticks.

    NIGHT MARKET
To the right of the hotel. Souvenirs and clothes are sold in the morning. And the food is prepared in the evening. A must visit. Everyone will get their own impressions.

    BIKE RENTAL
On the street for a day 200 baht. If for a longer period, you can bargain. They don't ask for documents. Deposit is $100. The contract is the same as in the hotel. Helmets included.

The most common bike is the Honda Click 125i (shown in the photo). Automatic transmission, very economical. Just in case, it is better to photograph it from all sides. You never know.

The condition of the bikes varies.

We took the right from the hotel, before reaching the first intersection. On the corner there is a desk with a large TATOO sign. The bikes there are fresher and gasoline is cheaper (30 baht a bottle). In general, along the coast prices for a bottle are 30, 40, 50 baht.

    REST
We were lucky with the weather. It rained only twice in two weeks (from April 20 to May 5).

This is the second year we have booked excursions via the Internet at the same office. You can go with your own tour operator or with a hotel one, but it will be much more expensive. They will also transport you in a crowd of 40 people. The Thais have everything in order with the laws, you can safely buy on the street and not worry.

Tour operator Biblio-Globus. As always, the meeting, transfer and preparations were organized perfectly. Otherwise, we didn’t cross paths again during the entire vacation.

    CONCLUSION
The hotel is wonderful in every way. The best three-ruble in Phuket that we visited. The holiday was a success, and there was not a single moment that we would note as negative.
