How to get a certificate about the absence of a conviction through state services

What do we need? A registered personal account on the Public Services portal and the headpoint scanner of the passport. This is the most modern, and an easy way to get a certificate about the absence or presentability, but for it you must be registered on the website of the electronic government Gosuslugi.ru. If you are not yet registered there, I strongly advise you to do this, for a very useful resource for many needs. If there are problems with that, read the article, how to register on the website of the State Service, and if you do not want to register then this document is suitable.

The method of the second - through the public services website

1. And so you are registered on the e-government website. Go to your personal account. We choose the electronic services section - and in it - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (in Figure 1 is emphasized in red).

2. Further in the MVD section, we are looking for an item "issuance of information on the presence (absence) of criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or the termination of criminal prosecution" (see Fig. 2) and open it in a new window.

3. Go to the window where the certificate is open. There you can read reference information about this service, the necessary documents, cost (this reference is still free) and so on. After reading the information, click the Get the service button (Figure 3).

4. In the next window, remove the check mark opposite "Use EP". Unless of course you have no electronic signature. Click Next (Figure 4).

5. Fill out the application.
   1. Information about applicants and recipients. Applicant's role - choose the desired option. I will consider the case when selected is "personally." Fill out the way to get an answer - choose the desired option. I will consider the option "Personally in IC / GIAC". (There are a lot of questions what IC / Giaz is? Guyac is the main information analytical center of the entire Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and the IC is an information center, the Department of Giats of Russia directly in your region. Very roughly speaking, this is all the same thing - this is a department when The Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is engaged in the design and issuance of various documents, including the required certificate of criminal record or its absence.) Fill out information about the applicants. Some fields will be filled automatically based on your registration data. Next, fill the place of birth (Fig. 5a).

   2. Fill in contact information. Your data must be installed automatically. We enter an e-mail for notifications about the service process and contact phones (Figure 5B). Fill out the information of the identity document. From the drop-down list, select the desired document and enter if its data is required. I will consider the option when a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is chosen (Figure 5B).

   3. Fill the registration address. Fill the fields according to the address you are registered, there is nothing complicated here (Fig. 5c).

   4. Fill out the actual address of the person. Also, nothing complicated here. We enter the corresponding data in the field. If the registration address and the address of the actual residence coincide - check the corresponding field (Fig. 5d).

   5. Electronic image of a certification document. Here, after clicking the download button, you must select a file with a scan of a passport. Attention!!! However, I do not change the memory, in one document there must be scan of the main page of the passport and the page of registration. Otherwise, the application will be returned to refinement. Also carefully read the requirements for the downloadable file (Fig. 5e). Fill over the region of finding IC - choose from the list of IC of your area, everything is simple. Then click the button Next.

      

6. Fill over the previous names of the person subject to verification. Enter your real or if past names changed. In the Field of the Former Area of \u200b\u200bAccommodation, select the desired region (Fig. 6). At the bottom, select Ways to notify you about the progress of the service. I advise you to choose all three ways, SMS, E-mail and Push - call on the phone. Of the three most of the most likely, the SMS or E-mail method will be involved or the way, I didn't call the phone, I sent emails all the time (Fig. 6). Everything. Now press the button to apply, and it goes to the agency.

It remains to wait for the result. Usually after 1-2 days, the application is processed into the necessary department, and after a couple of weeks, it comes to an email notification that the certificate is ready and you can appear on a similar address at such a time to receive it.
