  • The hotel is located in very good place. 15 minutes walk to the center. Therefore, at night the music coming from numerous restaurants, bars and discos did not interfere. The building is separated from the nearby road by a high fence disguised by bushes. Lovely pool. The rooms are cleaned daily. In two weeks, linen was changed three times, towels were changed daily. The room is large and bright. The impression is very good. Until we crossed the threshold of the dining room. We are not gourmets, we don’t need lobster for breakfast. But something edible would have to be on the table. Moreover, a buffet was announced. Wrinkled sausages, either boiled or fried, sticky pasta, it seems, with cottage cheese (it’s hard to tell), cucumbers, as if cut the day before, sour olives, and juices (that’s a whole different story) diluted to the color of water with slightly tinted potassium permanganate. From this splendor it was difficult to choose at least something relatively safe for the stomach. Therefore, the child ate cereal for two weeks, I drank a drink called coffee, with muffins, and our dad’s stomach could digest nails (he doesn’t care what he eats). The waitresses were literally crawling around the dining room with such faces as if they had been working all night, but clearly not in the restaurant. It’s very “nice” when such a girl leans across the table to pick up a dirty plate, and her long, untidy hair falls into your plate. It turns out that this canteen almost became the strongest impression of the holiday. It’s good that we got into the habit of going to the Glarus Hotel for dinner. That's where we ate almost to the point of losing our pulse. You pay 30 levs for three and eat what you want. Buffet. The waiters are all in uniform, smiling, attentive. In general it worked out wonderful holiday, but everything spoiled the food, on the last day they put rotten apricots on the table, without a twinge of conscience.

  • I live in Moscow, travel a lot and am used to decent service. This hotel is absolutely not worthy of 4 stars or even 3! I sincerely do not want the incidents that I had to endure to happen to anyone. After I tried to take a Russian friend (tourist) into the room, they told me that I had no right to bring anyone, day or night. When asked to show a document with the rules (with the seal and signature of the hotel management), the administrator stated that they were the rules and his word was law here, that I paid for a single room and was obliged to pay extra for all guests. After this incident, I asked to call the manager to resolve the situation. The next day the manager called me in my room and asked me to go down to the reception. As soon as I approached, she started yelling in Russian, what ifIf I try to bring someone again, she will “evict me and throw me out of the hotel, call the police and I will wander around looking for other housing.” She also stated that “there is another person living in the room and she knows this for sure, because yesterday I took another set of towels from the cleaning lady.” In addition, the manager shouted that now “administrators can enter my room with a check at any day and hour without warning.” I actually took more towels, since I think that one full towel per room is not enough. Am I wrong?? Other hotels usually provide 3 to 5 towels of different types per person. The guide and representative (Georgy Ankov) did not answer my phone calls for two days, after I managed to get through to him - he said: “I don’t have time to talk to you, be glad that we didn’t call the police, you are only 18 years old and you are behaving recklessly, you have accommodated a second person, you will soon fly away and fly away to yourself.” Let's start with the fact that I am 31 years old and apparently they confused me with someone. After I stopped Georgy’s monologue and explained that the situation was false and far-fetched, he said that he had been working with this hotel for a long time and it was unlikely that they were mistaken, he would figure it out... As a result, no apologies were made to me... The following days, the manager noticed me near the receptionist stated that “I, as a person, am not fit for a 4-star hotel,” “I break the rules,” “I don’t know how to behave,” while at the hotel I only spent the night and ate, she apparently was just mocking me because, in addition to an extra towel and a one-time attempt to deceive a friend there were no “violations” of order on my part. I paid for WI-FI in the room for a week and went down to ask what time the connection was valid until on the last day (for work I needed to go online). In response, I saw the silent, dissatisfied face of the administrator. After my question: “Why don’t you answer me?” I again suddenly heard the phrases “You are violating the hotel rules, say thank you that we didn’t throw you out and call the police”... The result of it all was a statement when checking out on the last day of “vacation” that I had stolen one towel and was obliged to pay for it. They again referred to the words of the cleaning lady. Half an hour later they found out that she was wrong, but like last time no one apologized.
