See most of the sights not only of Thailand, but of the whole world in one place? Tourists who come on holiday to Pattaya have this opportunity. Mini Siam Park contains copies of monuments of Thai and world architecture. You can admire the masterpieces presented on a scale of 1:25.

Mini Siam is located near center of Pattaya and consists of two parks: Mini-Siam itself, where the architectural sights of Thailand are collected, and Mini-Europe, where, contrary to the name, you can see not only copies of the sights of the Old World, but also the New, as well as Africa.

What to see

First, a collection dedicated to Thailand was created. This exhibition is only a little over 20 years old. Freedom Monument from Bangkok, Phanom Rung Historical Park located in Burirum, Ayutthaya Historical Park, King Rama IX Bridge, the original of which is located in Bangkok...

Mini Siam houses not only Thai attractions, but also from all over South-East Asia.

Of course, here you will find many pagodas, that is, Buddhist stupas. In real pagodas, Buddhists often store sacred objects or use them as memorial complexes. On the territory of Mini Siam Park you can see copies of such pagodas as Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Arun (or Temple of the Dawn) from Bangkok, Wat Mahathart from Suhothai, Wat Phra Srisunpeth.

Mini Siam houses not only Thai attractions, but also from all over Southeast Asia. For example, in Pattaya Park there is a replica of the largest religious building in the world - the Angkor Wat temple, the original of which is located in Cambodia.

In another part of the park - Mini-Europe - in just a couple of hours you will take a short trip through Europe itself, visit Moscow, visit the USA and even Africa. Eiffel Tower and Triumphal Arch from Paris, Moscow St. Basil's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Sydney Opera House, Egyptian pyramids- It would take too long to list all the attractions located in Mini-Europe.

In total, you can see 100 replica attractions on the territory of Mini Siam Park. A walk through the park takes on average 1.5 hours.

It is best to choose a time in the late afternoon to enjoy the beauty both in daylight and during twilight, when the mesmerizing lighting turns on.

Mini Siam

Mini Siam Park is open daily from 7:00 to 22:00. A ticket for an adult costs 300 THB, for children - 150 THB.

How to get there

Mini Siam Park is located on Sukhumvit Road. From the northern part of Pattaya you can walk here along North Road to the intersection with Sukhumwit Road, where you turn left and cross to the opposite street. Another five minutes walk and you are next to Mini Siam.

From other parts of the city you can take a taxi or use the services public transport. So, in the center you can take a tuk-tuk route and get to Sukhumvit, paying only 10 THB. Next, change to a white tuk-tuk with a blue stripe and go directly to Mini Siam, spending another 20 THB.

A tuk-tuk automatically turns into a taxi if you ride in it in splendid isolation. Taxi fares can range from 100 THB to 200 THB depending on the distance.

Prices on the page are for April 2019.

The park is located on Sukhumvit Road, opposite Pattaya Hospital. The easiest, most comfortable, but also expensive way to get to Mini Siam is by taxi. From distant places, after bargaining, it will cost 200 baht, from the central part of the city - 100 baht, from the north - you can generally walk. To do this, take North Road to the intersection with Sukhumwit Road and turn left, then to the opposite side of the road, and in about five minutes you will be there.

An economical way to get there on your own: from the center to Sukhumvit for 10 baht, then around Sukhumvit for 20 baht on a white tuk-tuk with a blue stripe. Don't forget that a tuk-tuk automatically turns into a taxi if there is no one in it.

In addition, Pattaya travel agencies offer an excursion to Mini Siam, which includes transfer from the hotel and admission ticket. This option is also worth considering if you are far enough away or are afraid to travel on your own. For example, the tour can be viewed at.

Opening hours and ticket prices

Mini Siam Park's opening hours are daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. We recommend visiting 1-1.5 hours before dusk (around 17:00) to enjoy it twice: in daylight and after dark with the lights on.

Ticket prices for Mini Siam Park at the ticket office at the entrance:

  • 300 baht - for an adult,
  • 150 baht - for children.

Between relaxing on the beach, visiting floating markets and excursions around, it’s worth checking out the amazing and unique Mini Siam park in Pattaya, during your stay in which you will feel like a tourist who has made trip around the world in just 3 hours. It’s worth doing this because there you can see large-scale copies of all the iconic landmarks of the world and Thailand. For example, in the “European” part of the park there is a figure of Christ, which is installed above the city of Rio de Janeiro, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and in “Siamese” - the Temple of the Emerald Buddha or ancient capital Thailand Ayutthaya.

All architectural monuments in the Mini Siam park in Pattaya were created on a scale of 1:25, and these are not lonely buildings torn out of their natural environment, but entire complexes that exactly replicate their surroundings. Children and passers-by walk along the streets of the “cities,” and guardsmen in national costumes stand at their assigned posts. All cars on city streets can be distinguished by their brands. A toy river flows under the model bridge across the Thames, and “real” steamships sail along it. Trees, fountains, everything, literally everything, is recreated exactly as it is in life. It is likely that the only thing missing from these models is the ubiquitous sparrows.

The sight of familiar silhouettes in the Mini Siam park in Pattaya, gathered together, is simply mesmerizing. It is also interesting because it allows you to compare the sizes, for example, of Pisa and Eiffel Tower visually.

Both parts of the park - Siamese and European - are of equal value, but it is noticeable that tourists from Europe are more interested in wandering around their own “toy” cities, while Thais are more interested in visiting their shrines.

Russia is still not well known to Thailand. This is noticeable because Russian architectural monuments in the Mini Siam park there are only two: the Church of the Intercession of the Virgin Mary (St. Basil's) from Red Square and the figure of the Unknown Soldier from the Pantheon of Glory in Volgograd. It seems that many Russian sights, at least the arrow Vasilyevsky Island with a divorcee Palace Bridge, could make this park even more attractive.

If you happen to get to Mini Siam in Pattaya during the day, don't forget to take a free sun umbrella. You can have a good rest in the park even without focusing on the models. There is a traditional Thai entertainment here - a natural area with a grotto, a waterfall and a pond filled with tame Goldfish. You can feed them. If you wish, you can eat yourself - there are many convenient cafes in the park.

The best time to visit the park is, however, closer to sunset. Then you can, without straining from the heat, admire the illuminated models, the minor damage of which is hidden by the soft twilight. After a walk in the Mini Siam park, if you have time and energy left, you can continue your excursion to

Almost the only outdoor rooftop pool in Pattaya that is easily accessible. Two-level outdoor pool with a restaurant on the roof of the 25th floor!

This place is on and is designer hotel Siam Siam. When we moved to Pattaya, for a long time I didn’t understand where people take such gorgeous photos from the rooftops. If you think that there is a swimming pool at every step, that you can go to any hotel and get local benefits, then everything is completely wrong! The fact is that most condominiums with swimming pools or restaurants on the roof are closed to mere mortals and if you don’t live in it, then your lot is open and old. And then I accidentally came across this hotel. Siam Siam Pattaya is an outdoor pool on the 45th floor with stunning views.

I entered there without any problems, I just went into the hotel, went to the elevator and pressed the top floor. Nobody said a word. I was hoping to shoot the view from above, but instead I found this gem. I wandered among the people, took pictures, and then got to the bottom of the staff - but what about mere mortals here?

They spoke to each other in Thai for about 3 minutes, and then handed me a local towel and a menu. You can’t just walk through - because there are only people there with branded Siam Siam towels, so you need to order something. I didn't get a picture of the menu, but the prices are quite normal. Consider that entrance will cost you 300 baht, or 500, but you will drink and eat.

Surely many have seen this large, completely blue building, on which the name is lit at night, but few people know that entry is free, and on the 45th floor there is a luxurious swimming pool.

The pool itself is located on the 45th floor, and this is the maximum floor reached by the elevator. There are 3 swimming pools, several areas for sun loungers and a restaurant. The views are magnificent, and most importantly Entrance to this rooftop pool in Pattaya is free, the main thing is that you order food and drinks at a local restaurant.

But the views are magnificent

If you climb the stairs, you can reach the top level. There is another pool there

In the evenings, a restaurant opens here overlooking Pattaya at night. IN general place very cool! Those. this is something that is truly worthy of attention.
