The smallest studio area is 42 m2, but there are more.


It is located far from hot and noisy places, there is almost no entertainment around. Suitable for quiet, have a relaxing holiday or long-term stay. There are apartments with larger area with several beds.
On site: vending machines drinking water, security posts, small store, two swimming pools, fitness rooms, children's playground, court. Very green vast area.

There is Macro and Tesco Lotus nearby.

I want to tell you about the cheapest condominiums and inexpensive condos that you can rent in Pattaya. As a rule, real estate agencies will not offer you such condos, since their cost is very low and you will not be able to earn a large percentage from them.
