When we chose this hotel, we, one might say, “bought” the loud title of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. IN different countries We stayed in hotels of this chain, and everything was wonderful. But not in this case! This hotel took only the word Small from this chain! Rooms -very small and very uncomfortable, some of them were in the basements (since we were vacationing with a group and we had 3 rooms). If you are on vacation together and you have two suitcases, then moving around the room is already difficult! There is one tiny closet in the room! At the same time, there is no compartment for long clothes in the closet at all! The toilet upon arrival in our room was broken, the audibility in the rooms was enormous, the air conditioning did not work well, the windows looked directly onto the entrance to the hotel! Clearing at the hotel also works strangely. Sometimes they clean the room, sometimes they don’t, sometimes they bring water, sometimes they don’t. The cleaners turn on the vacuum cleaners from 8 am. There are wasps living in the pool at the SPA, there are no towels, no shampoos, etc.! On the beach underwater, in the area permitted for swimming, there is a temporary structure laid right in plain sight with wires (underwater!!!) to the lanterns on the beach. Horror, horror!!! Yes, I would also like to say a special hello to the reception staff!!! A huge problem with this hotel is the untrained reception staff. They communicate with clients aggressively and do not help solve specific problems that arise due to poor equipment and errors from the reception desk itself! The reception staff have spoiled me this year family holiday! I don't want to tell you the details. Briefly: due to the fact that we checked in at night, the receptionist mistakenly gave us the wrong number (we had no idea about this!), and when the men from our family left for 2 days at the monastery on Mount Athos, the reception staff They asked me and the children to vacate the room and move to another! At the same time, they still behaved very aggressively. I don't want to ever return to this hotel again! It’s surprising that this hotel, judging by the descriptions on the website, has won a lot of awards and titles! Apparently, these were some local ratings that had nothing to do with world standards. These 5 stars are not your usual 5 stars, relaxing and pleasing to the ear! Here are your standards! Those who grew up in the Soviet Union, of course, will be able to adapt to this manner of communication with clients and to the unique service. Well, those who don’t remember, or haven’t experienced it, will have a hard time...God forbid you plan a long vacation in this hotel, you’ll hardly be able to relax!!! P.S. I would like to be objective. There were some good things about this hotel. The hotel restaurants are quite good, the waiters and restaurant managers are attentive to customers, the food is good, for which I would like to thank you. And also the receptionist Nancy stood out from the general hostility.)…

Regarding the quality of our rooms, each guest has his own subjective or objective opinion, so thank you for sharing your opinion with us. However, let us inform you that all our rooms have been recently renovated, but always with respect to the history of our property. We are also amazed by the problems you mentioned to us, since we have never had such incidents in the past. Perhaps these were just random problems and could have been resolved if you shared with us. Regarding your allocated rooms, one of your bookings was offered a free upgrade to a family suite as we had it available for a few days. However, you took the initiative to mutually change the rooms, a fact that caused a problem, since the remaining reservations were longer than the one mentioned above. Even so, as a gesture of goodwill we offered you at the time of room change a free upgrade to a Superior Sea View room instead of a Superior Garden View room which was booked. Throughout your stay the reception staff tried to help you so it is unfair to blame them in meeting your needs. All the front desk staff are excellent professionals and the feedback from our guests confirms that you have misunderstood their intentions.
