Guangzhou Airport is connected to the railway station by direct express bus. Cars run every half hour, a ticket costs about twenty-five yuan. There are other bus routes that can take you directly to the Pearl Garden, Pearl River, Globelink, White Palace, Sun City and United Star hotels. But public transport runs only from 6:00 to 23:00. If you arrive at night, you have only one option to get into the city - a taxi. There are many shipping companies in Guangzhou. Their cars differ in logos and, which is convenient for foreigners, in color. The cheapest ones are yellow, blue and brown taxis. A trip there will cost approximately 150 yuan.

How to get to Hong Kong

Tourists who come to relax at the resorts of the South China Sea should get to the railway station (by metro, express bus or taxi). What should those who are interested in the route Guangzhou (airport) - Hong Kong do? How to get to the special administrative zone on the peninsula? The distance between these points is 175 kilometers. You can overcome it by direct bus, the so-called coach. There are several competing companies providing such transportation. Their buses also differ in color. These are Go-Go Bus (red, yellow and white cars), Eternal East Cross-Border Coach (green), China Travel Tours Transportation (white). To get to Hong Kong by train, you must first take the subway to Guangzhou East Railway Station. From there, trains depart to the special administrative zone.

I managed to visit Baiyun Airport twice. To be honest, rarely in any country have I encountered such a high level of service for passengers as here. Please: a store, a variety of restaurants, comfortable waiting rooms... This air harbor, in my opinion, ranks second after the airport terminal in Amsterdam. I like the attitude towards passengers here.

Despite the daily workload and constant flow of people, I did not have any questions for the working staff. I especially noticed this at the check-in counters. It’s nice that, in addition to a sincere smile, the employees cope with their main responsibilities very quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the reasonable prices in duty free stores. Prices here are really much lower than city prices. And the choice is overwhelming. Thanks to the store employees: they showed me and told me about the current additional promotions. Time was running out and it was impossible to physically run around everything.
