Among other events, Mr. Chernov will open the reconstructed “Zelenaya” substation, which should solve a number of problems with the power supply of the surrounding area. Also on Friday, the Gubernsky apart-hotel with 28 main and 20 additional beds by Novokuznetsk entrepreneur Georgy Lavrik and the Thermal Center on Mount Zelenaya, built by Novosibirsk businessman Konstantin Burtsev, will begin operating.
