The site has a terrible translation into Russian, is very slow, it is impossible to find information, when registering an account, the data is understood only in Latin, it is generally impossible to book a room and receive an invoice for payment to a legal entity. To book a room I had to call twice, but on the second time they told me the email address where I sent the booking information.

Best hotel Perhaps this is one of the best hotels where have we ever vacationed? Luxurious rooms, huge bed and decent furniture. We lived on the 18th floor with a side view of the sea. Great hotel with sea viewAt Novotel Nha Trang Hotel were on January 17-18, 2013. (they took sightseeing tour in Vietnam from January 12 to 19). Booked 2 rooms in advance. For 2 days I never went into the sea. I think January is not the season for beach holiday in Vietnam. According to locals, the beach season will begin in the second half of February. The beach directly owned by Novotel is very small. I think that during the high season it will be difficult for those who wish to find free sun loungers on the beach. There are private sun loungers and umbrellas nearby, for which you need to pay $5 per person. In general, the hotel left a very pleasant impression; for a 4* it is simply superb!
