There is an unpleasant smell in the hotel all the time. Furniture and equipment are worn out. The site has a terrible translation into Russian, is very slow, it is impossible to find information, when registering an account, the data is understood only in Latin, it is generally impossible to book a room and receive an invoice for payment to a legal entity. To book a room I had to call twice, but on the second time they told me the email address where I sent the booking information.

Attentive hotel staff, comfortable room, good food, there is an employee with Russian language. The room was provided as expected. Nice gym. The hotel beach needs to be cleaned up with the staff. Not all sunbeds were available, although they were free. There was rudeness and I had to quarrel. Overall the impression is good, we can recommend it.

Best hotel Perhaps this is one of the best hotels where have we ever vacationed? Luxurious rooms, huge bed and decent furniture. We lived on the 18th floor with a side view of the sea. Excellent hotel in all respectsWe chose Novotel because... We already have an excellent idea of the hotels included in the chain. Everything was fine - excellent location, responsive and friendly staff, excellent service. I would also like to note - stunning views from the balcony (we stayed on the 17th floor), good soundproofing in the rooms, good fresh rooms, stylish bathroom design, high-quality plumbing, excellent mattress on a wide double bed. Great hotel with sea viewAt Novotel Nha Trang Hotel were on January 17-18, 2013. (they took sightseeing tour in Vietnam from January 12 to 19). Booked 2 rooms in advance. Not available upon check-in booked rooms Standard. As a bonus we were accommodated in 2 rooms increased comfort- large clean rooms, large shower, loggia with magnificent sea views. There is a bar, safe, bathrobes, slippers, shower accessories, incl. safe, water, tea, coffee - free. Shows Russian channel. Breakfast is very good for 4*, there is even hot soup, sushi, and fish. There are many cafes around the hotel where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner. The only negative of our holiday was the rough sea, very strong waves taller than a man. For 2 days I never went into the sea. I think January is not the season for beach holiday in Vietnam. According to locals, the beach season will begin in the second half of February. The beach directly owned by Novotel is very small. I think that during the high season it will be difficult for those who wish to find free sun loungers on the beach. There are private sun loungers and umbrellas nearby, for which you need to pay $5 per person.
