My husband, child and I vacationed here in May, when accommodation prices were more affordable and, in my opinion, fully corresponded to the range of all hotel services (still a bit expensive during the season). In general, this place is very pleasant, there is a place to walk with a small child, and there are many park areas around. The hotel area is not very large, but very well-groomed and neat. There are many flowers Children's swimming pool, a lively area with rabbits and raccoons, and an aquarium is located 30 meters from the hotel. In general, it is perfect for family time, but young people without children may find it a bit boring. By the way, the Izvestia railway station is also nearby, from which you can quickly get to Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana. As for the hotel itself, it is a fairly typical hotel by Russian standards. The most important thing is that the staff tries very hard to create a comfortable environment for the guests, everyone is attentive, polite, and smiling. I am glad that you will not meet sour faces, there was no rudeness. We had a two-room suite in the main building. It had everything necessary for furniture and appliances, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed often (this is very important for us). We ate three times a day; the hotel's cuisine is not very varied, but everything was tasty and fresh. The only thing that was not clear was serving steamed cauliflower for breakfast. In my opinion, this dish would be more appropriate to serve for lunch, especially since no one ate it in the morning. I also hope that by the time you read my review, the renovation work with cutting the tiles will be completed (it was very dusty), but otherwise everything is fine. "Grace Arlie" - good hotel, where you can relax with your family!

A wonderful place to relax! The staff does an excellent job maintaining the rooms and the green area. Near the hotel there is a corner with forest inhabitants (rabbits, owls and squirrels). The food is excellent. Huge selection of fruits. Special thanks to the animator Ruslan, it is clear that he really loves his work and copes with it with a bang. The children spent whole days attending events, and they especially enjoyed the foam parties.

The first time I managed to choose a normal hotel without recommendations from friends, but guided by intuition. We lived at Grace Arley for a whole week. The hotel makes a good impression from the very beginning. Polite and helpful staff at the reception desk takes a responsible approach to any requests and problems of guests. They called the day before to clarify when we would arrive and what kind of bed we needed. The beach is about seven minutes from the hotel. The area is well-groomed, a lot of greenery, spreading trees, shade everywhere. There is even a living corner with squirrels and rabbits. My daughter was delighted, and this mini-zoo became our daily place of pilgrimage. Nice pool, depth starts from 90 cm, so there was also a separate children's pool. Everywhere is clean. There is a cafe on site, where live music plays in the evenings, you can order shish kebab (15 types, I really liked the kebab roll, there seems to be fat, but it just melts and makes the meat juicier). Good buffet breakfast. There is something to find for a man who is used to having a hearty breakfast, a girl who is losing weight, and a child. A lot of fruits. Not far from the hotel there is a dolphinarium, a dino park, and an aquarium. We managed to visit all of this. At the market (5-10 minutes walk) you can buy fruits, fish, local cheese.

Conditions for providing individual transfers

1. The travel agent is required to do so no less than 5 working days before the transfer date to personal account in the Notes to the application must provide the Tour Operator with:

1.1. data on the arrival of clients (flight number, time of arrival at the destination, or train number and carriage number, time of arrival at the destination)
1.2. tourists' mobile phones.

2. In case of delay or rescheduling of a flight (train), the tourist must notify the travel agent and the representative of the tour operator (the contact phone number of the greeter is indicated in the voucher) about this in advance, at least 3 hours before the stated meeting time.

3. In the absence of timely information, the receiving party delivers the transport by the stated meeting time, the transfer is considered completed, and money is not refundable.

4. In case of failure to report delay or failure of the client to arrive at the meeting place for any reason, the transfer is considered completed, money is not refundable.

5. In case of delay or rescheduling of a flight (train), the expectation of tourists agreed upon by the parties vehicle with a driver is available for an additional fee.

6. If the tourists specified in the order is incorrect mobile phone or the subscriber’s phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or train station, the transfer is considered completed, and money is not refundable.
