Departed from Moscow on time, without delay and delay. Upon arrival in Tunisia, we were met, quickly placed on buses and taken to the hotel. The air-conditioned buses were comfortable to ride. The road to the hotel took about 1.5 hours. After the plane it was hard, but we were in for a surprise. The hotel did not just wait for us, we were met by a team of animators, with music and a poster with a greeting. Suddenly! In other hotels, we did not notice such a meeting. The rooms were settled immediately. We had a large room with a sea view. The view is amazing, I always wanted to look at the sea, it was never the same during the seven days of our stay. Bed linen changed twice, towels on request. The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools, one indoor. The sea was cool, but we swam every day. The beach is clean and there are always sunbeds available. Beach towels are provided on deposit. The food is excellent: European menu, plus national Tunisian dishes. Everyone could choose a dish to their liking. Alcoholic drinks to choose from. The hotel is clean, comfortable. The hotel has a spa with ridiculous prices by Moscow standards. Attentive, professional staff. In the evening, at first there was children's animation and a disco, then an adult one. The animation team is awesome! We tried to get to know each guest of the hotel, talk, were very friendly, parted with sadness. Our family has only positive impressions and bright emotions! But there is still one minus: they flew from Domodedovo, landed at Sheremetyevo. It was not very convenient to get there. We planned to get to the airport and back in our car, but we had to call a taxi, and this is an extra cost!

I really liked the animation of Momo, Blackie, Banana. I liked the food, very tasty and just a lot. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the sea, although the territory is not large, but cozy and there is where to take a walk. The staff pleased with their attention and attitude. We'll be back again!

We did not have an unambiguous vacation.
The day before yesterday we returned from this hotel where we rested 10 nights. Two relatively adults and a child of 6 years.
We bought a tour from BG, a flight from AK Russia, a flight there without delay and delicious hot food, a flight back half an hour late and disgusting food. There are 7 blankets for the whole salon. Takeoff and landing excellent.
Please note that when departing from the Russian Federation, AK Russia does not add luggage, if you are flying together and each has 20 kg on the ticket, then each suitcase must weigh no more than 20 kg, the weights are not added. On the return flight, the weights are summed up and an overload of 1-2 kg is allowed according to the guide.
Upon arrival in Tunisia, we received a suitcase and went to the exit. There we were met with a sign and sent for an envelope to the guides. We exchanged the voucher for an envelope on which was written the number of the bus to get on and a new voucher that had to be returned at the hotel and a leaflet with excursions. The people gathered pretty quickly, it turned out that the whole bus was going to one hotel. On the way, we were told about Tunisia, that everything is safe here, about the unprecedented hospitality of the local residents and that it is impossible to travel by taxi to other governorates (regions), Hammamet and Nöbel are one governorate, and the Zoo and Airport are another governorate. And about the fact that it is useless to give money at the reception, the rooms have already been allocated and it will most likely not be possible to change them. the hotel is 100% full
On the way, I noticed that what was written in the new voucher was: a view of the garden and a king size bed, I looked at the neighbors they had no notes. Two weeks before departure, I wrote to the hotel with a request to confirm the reservation and communicate my wishes for accommodation. We managed to rejoice at this note while we were driving :)
Upon arrival, we were met by animators with a poster in Russian. Welcome, etc.

We quickly received the bracelets and went to the room. Everything was almost as we asked, the last floor, the windows are not for animation, but two separate beds + a couch. The size of the room is probably 35-45 meters, quite spacious, there are two full-length mirrors, the other is large at the table. Shower
The room was cleaned well, a tip of 1 dinar was left every day. It happened from time to time that there were not enough towels, but this happened twice. Once they left us without toilet paper at all, but these are also trifles, it happens
The first night we went out for dinner. For some reason there were very few plates, I thought that it was already late in the evening, everyone had already eaten ... and did not have time to wash for us who had just arrived ....
We ate meat with rice and grilled tuna. Several carcasses of tuna lay on the table between two grill tables .... beautiful fish, but either they don’t know how to cook them there, or we were tired from the road, but we couldn’t eat it. On the trail. the day I decided to try the tuna again (apparently the one that was lying between the grills yesterday) was somehow not impressed again.
In the morning of the next day, we decided to recharge the phones ... the traffic jams were knocked out and the charge turned black. Arriving at the reception, Yulia explained the situation, five minutes later the electrician came and turned on the machines, electricity appeared, but we decided not to use this outlet anymore. It seems to be great that the electrician came quickly, it’s not great that he didn’t even look at the outlet and that, in principle, this happened.
Then we drank, ate, swam, sunbathed until the next Saturday. And on Saturday, the Tunisians came to rest, not those Tunisians who check into the hotel and live, but those who pay money for the daily program. Queues began to appear for everything that was possible, sunbeds were not enough either on the beach or by the pools. On Sunday, there were even more of them and it became somehow quite sad, the rest turned into a game: find a plate in a cafe, wait for scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast, watch your towel on the sunbed.
And July 25 was Independence Day in Tunisia, I hope they enjoyed celebrating this holiday at the hotel. Sorry we didn't like it. There were two or three times more people than usual. Arriving for lunch, we were looking for a free table for 15 minutes, and in the search we were helped by a girl who meets guests at the entrance to the cafe, but to no avail. Then we looked for a table without her and twice, as it seemed to us, we found (we are talking about those tables from which people just left and did not have time to remove them), the waiter came to us and said, know sir, reserve ... and she came to this table and an Arab family sat down. The third time we were lucky and we still sat down at the table. These days, for the first time, I saw empty food stalls, and almost all of them. For breakfast, they even took eggs, all boiled eggs. For lunch and dinner, meat could only be taken if you had time in the first two minutes from the moment the tray with food was taken out.
It was impossible to swim in the pool on this holiday, it was impossible to pass in it without hitting anyone.
Having gone swimming in the sea, we returned to our sunbed by the pool (we always occupied one sunbed for three, in rare cases two), on the sunbed we had two towels and a bag with different swimming items for the child and found that other people's things were on our sunbed on top of ours. I took a chair from the bar and put things on it, left it next to the sunbed, then a tanned woman took these things, wailing something in Arabic. I heard that these days some of their belongings and towels were found on the floor next to the sunbeds, and at that time an Arab family was resting on their sunbeds.
We really wanted to go to the guide, pay extra money and move to another hotel. It was hellish trash
So I don’t even need such three days of rest for free, like the last day, but more on that later.
The guide was told about this situation, he said that he would pass the comments on to the management, I don’t know if he passed the comments on or just coincidentally, but the people who did not live in the hotel became much smaller.
In general, in terms of nutrition, there is always (if not eaten) fish, beef, lamb, sometimes mussels and squid, once there were even quails. Of the side dishes, potatoes are often, always rice, pasta, soups, vegetables, either in batter or on the grill. But there were practically never just chopped tomatoes or cucumbers. Cucumbers without additives, either grated or cut into pea-sized pieces, tomatoes were also either finely chopped like cucumbers or in salads with pasta, potatoes or something else "interesting", there were no lettuce leaves. There is a lot of meat, but after a time it is rubber. The meat on the grill is either undercooked or peppered, I took it three times and never finished the kebab stick. Fish a la red mullet or in batter (where there is more batter than fish). I liked the liver very much, as well as the lasagne, the canelloni is beyond praise. The child ate pasta or rice with nuggets or fish fingers, when there were mussels and squids, then them.
I also want to mention the pizza. I have not been to Italy, but in my opinion the pizza there should be no better than in a hotel. Very tasty pizza, banal margarita, but just very tasty. Even standing in line for her for 5 minutes is not a burden. We are talking about a round pizza, in recent days the chef has changed and they began to cook pizza on square baking sheets .... either the cook is like this, or the baking sheets, but the taste has become completely different, less tasty.
There was a very poor choice of pastries, there were no cakes at all, only for the "holiday" there was a cake with the flag of Tunisia.
The lack of baking is compensated by ice cream, very tasty ice cream, but you also have to stand behind it, there is only one spoon for ice cream, and there are many who want it.
Wine taste and color, only white, average wine could be drunk.
Tibarin and Sedratin are delicious, the beer is good. Do not drink hard alcohol.
There are no juices, only yuppies ... although freshly squeezed juices are declared in the program.
The coffee is overcooked, the cocoa is delicious.
For a snack between lunch and dinner, pancakes with chocolate mass or sandwiches. And this and that is delicious, but (!) They put the stuffing in the sandwich with their hands (!), there are no gloves on their hands and it happens that the sandwich master immediately eats this sandwich himself, ketchup flows through his hands and with the same hands he puts cheese in your sandwich :))))
If you are not squeamish, I recommend a sandwich with canned tuna and chicken.
Somewhere in the middle of the rest we went on an excursion to the zoo, I recommend it to everyone. There you can feed the giraffe and lemurs (we fed, very funny). Excursion for 2 + 1 costs $ 65, they did not regret the money spent. The guide during the transfer told a lot of interesting things, on the way back we stopped at the Laguna cosmetics store.
Slides: in general, it’s very, but (!) The safety instructor there doesn’t understand at all why, several times I saw how the next skater landed on his head in front of the one riding down the hill. Arab children of the year 3 also ride the slides ...
The sea is the only case where our expectations were worse than it actually turned out. Great sand on the beach. The entrance was expected to be the same as in Egypt ... but it turned out that you can even walk on the stones :)
There are several lagoons where you can splash around with children, but this is when there are not many people around you ... the pantone is also good for adults and children who can swim, our 6 can’t even swim, he didn’t like it there. The water is clear, the sea itself is warm
I also recommend the market in Nabeul with its ceramic shops. We bought a lot of tableware from the shop on the left side of the entrance to the market. There, above the store, it is written in foreign language that it is recommended by some kind of handicrafts department or something like that.
On Friday 29.07, having come to the room before dinner in swimming trunks, we found that the door with our electronic key did not open. We went to the room up the stairs that leads to the beach, there is never anyone there, so we went in swimming trunks and swimsuits. On the horizon, the prospect of going to the reception in swimming trunks loomed ... but the maid saved us, we greeted her all the time and left a tip, for which she cleaned the room well for us. She opened the room for us, I put on shorts and a T-shirt and went to the reception. Julia, shrugging her shoulders, said this happens when there is a big race .... I understand that anything can happen, but at least you can apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The day before departure, I went to the reception about the extension of the room. Yulia said that on the day of departure you need to approach at 9:30, by which time the front manager will be there. Waking up at 9 am and going for breakfast, we looked at the reception, Yulia said that the front was already here, quickly pack your things and move to another room .... I asked him why now, because the room was paid for before 12:00 and it’s impossible whether to stay in your room, you can’t stay because guests will come to our room, so she said, or move now or there will be no extension at all (the reason was not specified). The extension costs 70 dinars and I didn’t understand why such a rush ... and why move at all, why you can’t stay in your room. We quickly rushed off to pack our bags and after about 40 minutes we were at the reception in full combat readiness. We were given room 1202, going into the room we realized that we had previously had a royal suite.
Firstly, the room is located in a wing where there has not been a lot of repairs for many years, the elevators are old, fastening and with a smell and a cafe, there is no balcony, it seemed (or didn’t seem) to the window on the window. Under the windows is the air conditioning system of the entire hotel. The room is 25 meters square...
Well, we think okay ... we’ll turn around until the evening somehow ... my wife began to sort out her suitcases quietly (because things were simply thrown into suitcases at the time of departure), going into the bathroom we found that the towels were wet and someone recently pooped in the toilet and for some reason he didn't wash away. Tolley, this someone was in a hurry to leave the room, or was it revenge on the hotel for this room ... going to the reception, I explained the situation as correctly as possible, asked at least to change the towels, they gave us another room and apologized for the inconvenience caused. Room 1220, not far from what was given at first. The room was clean, but the safe was closed ... I went to the reception again, they said that everything would be fine in 10 minutes, after 40 minutes I went to the reception a second time to ask where the safe specialist was. Two minutes later, a specialist came and fixed everything. Total 3 hours of hassle, haste and expectations. The view from the room to the wasteland, which is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, was not critical for us, but someone can contemplate this view for the whole vacation :)))
Before leaving, they handed over the cards, looked at the animators with a poster and a wish for a happy journey.
Dmitry drove us to the airport again. Thanks to him for everything, I also bought a local SIM card from him :)
By the way, either by accident or on purpose in the airport exchange office, my 178 dinars were counted as 139.5 dinars.
After that, I wrote on the issued piece of paper the amount that I gave him, he counted something for about three minutes and issued another piece of paper about the exchange of 38.5 dinars. Be careful:)

Before the holidays, we, like everyone else, read the reviews here and in the group from VK ... The animation is straight stellar (something I didn’t notice stardom), the Administrator is a direct mother ... for someone, maybe, for me it’s no better than those administrators that we had before in other hotels, no, it is not worse, it is the same. The Tunisian people are directly friendly, not like in Turkey and Yegi ... we didn’t feel the difference, and there are nuances here and there.
If not for three days during the holiday and not the last day, then perhaps I would have returned to this hotel someday. At 100% occupancy, the hotel is average, at 100% occupancy and those who come on weekends, it's terrible, the rest of the time the hotel is good! In the wing where the medical center is located, it’s bad, in other places it’s good. At the reception there is a paper from tripadvisor that the hotel is a winner in some category, with a certain arrangement of stars in the sky, it is so, we didn’t have stars.
Rest is good in any case, and after listening to the stories of other people from other hotels, we realized that everything was very even nothing for us. People were surprised that we even (!) had scrambled eggs for breakfast :))))
On the day of departure, they saw a child who had all his legs in fukartsin ... I read that people write either about chickenpox, or about Coxsackie ...

The guys literally go out of their way so that vacationers do not have to be bored for a second. At the same time, entertainment is not imposed on anyone. It is also worth noting a lot of opportunities for children's recreation. The mini club is quite different from what you can find in other hotels. Here, kids are immersed in creativity and fun.

The hotel staff is very hospitable and helpful. Particularly touching are the attempts of Tunisians to communicate with guests in your native language. However, if you have a serious problem, you can always contact the Russian-speaking administrator. Particular attention is paid to the safety of guests, and therefore a large team of security guards and rescuers work here.

If we talk about the shortcomings of the hotel, then the main one is the quality of cleaning, or rather, problems with replacing bed linen. Perhaps no other hotel will be so persistent in hanging towels thrown on the floor back on the hook. However, this problem is quickly resolved by contacting the administrator.
