Visited this hotel, as we heard it was renovated and it was also the first time in Bulgaria. Let's start at the beginning when registering. which is serious as each person has to be escorted to their room with Bellboy (such an outdated title) so by the time he came over I told the guy I thought I could find my room and he didn't was happy, but I am very independent, and he knew that after our conversation he left. The reception lady, especially the old lady with dark hair, was beyond clueless. I've experienced most things in life, but she was really rough! ! ! To better things. The room was very clean and modern, I have a video if anyone wants to see it. It was modern and like I say very clean and the air conditioning wasbloody fantastic! ! Top tip: see if you have a library card of some sort from work, leave it on with the air conditioning and your room will be sooo cool when you get back from the day off (but you don't have to clean your room) sign in if the cleaner will take your card) or wait until they clean the room and do it. The cleaners on the 4th floor They were sooooo nice, so helpful and so happy! ! In fact, they were the only people, other than the Balkan holiday representatives, who were smiling. Be kind to your cleaners and tip them as they work very hard and respect older ladies where it's due. Breakfast We were only bed and breakfast, but to tell you the truth, there is something for most people. The chef should know how to cook a fried egg because let me tell you I was looking forward to it too and I didn't get it. They were completely ready to be edible since I had just eaten a few days later. Again, the staff really need a personality transplant, you guys are in a welcoming role, smile and chat. Hotel Reception It was so great, so modern, you won't be disappointed to be honest! ! ! Balkan holiday reps Steve and Boris, you are such gentlemen and such a pleasure to talk to. I've been in a few times and they are so professional and so approachable. I even suggested introducing a holiday hamper where people leave things like suntan lotion, etc. and gave them whatever I left. It's a brilliant idea that someone has just come along to start them. Pool Okay, let's clear this up guys! ! The pool is not part of the hotel, you might have people moaning about I can't get a sun lounger and people complaining etc but it doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel so there's no point moaning about it . It really is what it is. So if you really want a tanning bed, put your towels down before you go to bed. You have people calling from other hotels with sun loungers because of the great pool bar. Pool Bar The guys who run the pool bar are really nice guys and you can feel... welcome guests In a hotel. This is not part of the all inclusive system. I believe the all inclusive bar is where it's at in the snack room. Safes 40 leva - 20 per week if you require. Internet is paid for at the reception, I don’t know how it was with Vodafone. Summary Overall, I couldn't complain about the money we spent booking the hotel. The hotel is located in good location, it was clean and tidy. There was no customer service, they really need to work on this and so do the hospitality staff. These are your business guys and you want people to come back, so get the boat out because you have a wonderful hotel. This is your life, so you should strive to be honest in everything. The best staff in my book were the wonderful cleaners of the two tiny ladies on the 4th floor who were genuinely so happy and they made the hotel staff wise for me.…

The hotel is located in the Sunny Beach resort. It consists of several buildings. Very good for three stars good hotel! Basically there are only advantages and there is one disadvantage, an unpleasant one, more on that at the end.

There were three of us, the room we were given was huge, cozy and comfortable. The room has a shower, toilet, beds, TV. There is no air conditioning. We had to open the windows and door and create a draft. But for us this is not a serious drawback.

The room is clean and tidy. There is carpet on the floor. The bed linen and towels are fresh and clean.

Staff.

Both men and women work. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Many speak Russian.

Nutrition.

The food is simply amazing! For three rubles it’s simply unexpectedly good! We had an all-inclusive system, it included breakfast, lunch and dinner plus lunch and afternoon tea. Everything was always fresh and tasty, the bread was tender and soft, a lot of vegetables and fruits, cheese. Every day there were many varieties of ice cream, also delicious. Salads, always various soups - fish, meat, beans - there was plenty to choose from. The second courses are also varied.

Beach.

The beach is located 50 meters from the hotel. Delicate fine sand, on which it is very pleasant to walk barefoot and lie on it. Sun loungers and umbrellas are paid, mostly people just rested on the sand. The beach is clean and the sea is also very clean!

In this hotel, for the first time in the history of our travels, we encountered such a nuisance as this. We received a call from the reception in our room and were told that we had to pay the bill for negotiations with England!!! Although we did not use the telephone at all for negotiations, especially since we could not call anywhere in England, because... We weren’t even in the room at that time. This happened already on the day of departure, we were practically sitting on our suitcases, and then this happened. While we were figuring out what and how at the reception, other vacationers came up with the same problem, they were also asked to pay non-existent negotiations. Very unpleasant. Be careful!
