Excellent professionals in their field. We found out about Good Time by accident and found a tour on Canary Islands on the website and decided to buy. A very nice manager, Marina, found us a hotel. Initially they wanted Iberostar, but the manager said it wasn’t worth it and recommended Bahia Duque. We flew through Moscow, it was a comfortable and good plane. In Tenerife we were met and taken to the hotel, along the way the guide told us everything and we chose excursions. The hotel turned out to be luxurious, we did not expect it, we usually only vacationed in Turkey and Egypt, but here...

Completed in December 2008. On the appointed day, when I went to the migration service to pick up my passport, they informed me that it was not ready. The staff is slow and reluctant to perform their duties. There is rarely hot water. Lack of meat, fish or chicken dishes at breakfast.

We returned to the resort a year later and already at the entrance, seeing Chinese letters and not finding the previous sign, it became clear that this was no longer the same good time....the Chinese comrades got to it. The new Chinese managers sit around the clock at a table on the street 5-8 people, complementing the “local flavor”. Large groups of noisy people are constantly brought Chinese tourists therefore, the breakfasts are all just for them - all days we ate baguette and omelet, and the new kitchen workers cannot fry it, everything else is impossible - Chinese-specific. The only fruits are watermelon and jackfruit. Most likely there are no funds allocated for repairs - everything is falling into disrepair - half of the sun loungers near the pool have fallen apart and soon there will be nothing to lie on. The area near the pool is very dirty, because clay is brought in from the street, the greenery in the flowerpots is all dried up. hot water, Wi-Fi, for some reason mosquitoes appeared - last time there were none. There are just swarms of mosquitoes from bites, there is no living place. For some reason, they removed the safe from our room; they kept the money with friends in their room, which is not very convenient. At the entrance there used to be a restaurant by Andrei the Lithuanian, but it no longer exists.
Only the location, there are no more advantages here

At first we were put in a room at the end of the pool, and when we came to rest in the room in the afternoon, a car was rattling right behind the wall, it was terrible. True, the next day, when we asked to change our room, they changed it for us and it was more comfortable. But in general, it seems that housing is overpriced. In the pool the handrail is dying, one step is missing.. The food at breakfast was not impressive, the buffet was buffet, but somehow meager, thank you for making an omelette)
We arrived early and were immediately seated, a definite plus, we didn’t have to hang around! Cozy area, big! There is a swimming pool, with nice lighting in the evening. Cross a small road to the sea and you are on the beach. The beach is clean.

When entering the room, the TV and lamp did not work. There was used soap in the bathroom. And although the bed was made and there were fresh towels, it was obvious that the room had not been prepared for our arrival.
The room is clean. Fresh towels and soap supplies every day. For the pool separately 5+

Excellent hotel for Otres 1, the beach is 1 minute walk away, simply wonderful! We were checked in within half an hour, the room corresponded to the description. There are a lot of bars nearby. The best one is Sunshine, which is to the left along the beach.

The price does not correspond to the level of the hotel at all ($1340 for two rooms for 9 nights) is not worth that kind of money. Bungalows are offered, this is one name "bungalow". In fact, these are houses built like “barracks” with from three to ten rooms in one block. Each room opens onto a small terrace, which is not separated from its neighbors in any way. That is, get ready for the fact that when you go out in the morning to drink coffee you will sit on a bench with your neighbors (and it’s good if they are nice people, but if not, as in our case). There is no cleaning in the room, there is simply none. They will sweep the room with a wreath, fold the wet towels from the shower onto the bed, and that’s all. In my opinion, the furniture on the terraces was never wiped down at all. The air conditioner in the room was leaking and the drain in the shower was clogged. Friends had dirty bed linen. But the truth is, when contacted, everything was quickly repaired and changed. In general, you can write longer about the disadvantages than about the advantages. In general, in my opinion, you can stay in this hotel for 2-3 days (like most guests) but no more. For that kind of money you can find much better.
Good location, beach across the road. Great beach, the sea is beautiful. The hotel has a good breakfast. There are beach towels (you can pick them up at the reception in the morning, you need to return them in the evening). In general, at first there was one negative thing about the hotel. But then we realized that this was not the most bad option. So you can safely stop. The roof is not thatched and the doors close tightly. So no bastard can get through. And there are a lot of them here.

Otres 1 is a village, not the cleanest, to put it mildly, the most authentic, if there was no sea, there would be a hole))) if you don’t constantly go to the city, you will quickly get bored.
The sea is 50 meters across the road. A huge number of cafes on the beach. It’s difficult to call this place a hotel; it’s more like a guest house. From the hotel there is a small reception and breakfast area. The buildings are one-story. All rooms overlook the so-called garden and several overlook the pool. There is no sea view here, since the sea is across the road. Breakfast is monotonous and gets boring quickly. The room is cleaned every day. There is a safe, hairdryer, air conditioning. It's 5 bucks by tuk tuk to the city.

In one of the 3 rooms occupied by our company, HORROR bedbugs were discovered. The guys living there were simply bitten. The hotel staff did not respond immediately. They offered to sort it out and do the cleaning. I just had to catch insects on a napkin to prove it. And only after the tears of the bitten girl did they change the number. But what’s most interesting is that they kept checking into this room as before, until the next guest at night tripled the chaos in this ill-fated one.
Excellent location relative to the sea, well-groomed area. Nice and clean pool. Room cleaning daily. Excellent breakfasts.

A couple of times there were no towels, but they were brought after they had been washed. There was no hot water a couple of evenings, but no problem, we washed ourselves with cold water
When we checked in, we were a little shocked by the area around us, but after a day you get used to it and stop noticing the heaps of garbage and enjoy the sea and tranquility around. The area is relatively clean, cleaned every day, slept very comfortably at night even without air conditioning. Breakfast is passable, omelette, rice noodles, fresh fruit. The staff is helpful calls a taxi, accepts laundry for 2 dollars kg. next time only here

There was no hot water a couple of times
Good location. nice pool. cleaned every day. The breakfast would have been more varied. We checked in early when a room became available. There is a restaurant nearby with a Russian-speaking owner where the food is very tasty.
