With a population of 16,500 people (2010). Administratively, since 2012 it belongs to the Novomoskovsk district of the capital. Previously, it was a rural settlement formed around the Mosrentgen enterprise, which produces X-ray and other medical equipment.

Story

Mosrentgen is a village with a centuries-old history. Although locality with this name was formed during the period of industrialization as a residential area of the plant of the same name; people have been living here for a long time. It is known that back in 1627 the village of Govorovo was located here, which belonged to a certain Philip Bashmakov. Over the next 60 years, the settlement changed owners many times, who, however, did little to contribute to the development of the area.

In 1696, the next owner of Govorov, clerk Avtonom Ivanov, built the beautiful Trinity Church, which is still the cultural treasury of Mosrentgen. Avtonom was a prominent figure of his era: he exposed the conspiracy against Peter I, and created the Azov Regiment, which distinguished itself in battles. Thanks to his efforts, the once unattractive Govorovo wasteland began to be actively populated, thanks to the stone church, Govorovo was renamed Trinity.

Since the mid-18th century, landowner Saltychikha (Saltykova) owned the lands. She became notorious throughout Russia because of her sadistic tendencies. In the period from 1755 to 1762, the mistress brutally tortured about 130 peasants, for which she was condemned by Empress Catherine II to lifelong imprisonment in a monastery.

Connection with Tyutchev

Not only Old Moscow can boast of an important historical heritage. The village of Mosrentgen, as the heir to the village of Troitskoye, can also be proud of outstanding personalities who lived on this land at different periods. By coincidence, one of the guardians of Saltychikha’s children was Ivan Tyutchev. Subsequently, the estate was bought by the grandfather of the great poet, Nikolai Andreevich. There is little information about that period, but historians are sure that it was he who equipped a beautiful park with a cascade of ponds in Troitsky, traces of its former splendor have survived to this day.

Nikolai Andreevich’s youngest daughter, Nadezhda, was friends with Gogol. And Ivan, the eldest son, raised the great poet Fyodor Ivanovich Tyutchev. It was in the Troitskoye estate, according to the poet, that his creative development took place and his love for literature was revealed. For nine years (until he left for diplomatic service in 1821), Fyodor Ivanovich spent every spring and summer on the estate. By the way, the lands were subsequently transferred to Griboedov’s niece, nee Anastasia Rimskaya-Korsakova. The composer often visited her

During the Soviet period, workshops for the production of X-ray equipment were located in the settlement, which by that time bore the name Teply Stan. The enterprise was evacuated to the Great Patriotic War, and after its completion, the newest production line was brought from Germany. Considering the importance of the enterprise, a German specialist was invited to set up the updated production. Since 1944, Teply Stan was renamed the village of Mosrentgen.

Description

The village of the Mosrentgen plant is actually a single-industry town. Its landscape is a dense urbanized area with a developed road network, gardening communities, industrial zones, the Khovanskoye cemetery, the “open” military camp “Vidnoe-4” and forests.

The significant objects of the settlement include a wholesale vegetable base, a construction market and fair, a training center for the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and residential neighborhoods. Among the historical sites is the park of the Troitskoye estate from the mid-18th century with three ponds located in a cascade. To the south stands the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity (1696), to the north there is a private sports complex.

As one of the journalists aptly put it, Mosrentgen is a village similar to an island of Soviet life near Moscow, sunk in the trade and industrial periphery of Moscow, generated by capitalism.

The axis of communication of this territory is Admiral Kornilov Street and the Projected Passage No. 135, which continues it. From the south it is adjacent to the auto parts market, the village of Salaryevo, warehouses, cemeteries, the Indigo industrial park, and the Lotos wholesale and retail center.

Mosrentgen village on the map

The settlement is actually located on the borders of the Moscow Ring Road, southwest of Old Moscow, and since 2012 it has been part of the capital. The developed road network and proximity to the metropolis contribute to the growth of the village: if in 2002 10,336 people lived here, then in 2010 - 16,462 (according to censuses).

If you look from above, you can see that Mosrentgen has a linear structure: commercial development (business parks, trade, logistics) is growing along highways, and housing is also developing. New construction is taking place along the main roads, as well as chord connections, including promising ones. The village has clear boundaries that run along the Moscow Ring Road, Kaluzhskoe and Kievskoe highways, streets and Proektiruemye Proezd No. 135.

New Moscow

From July 1, 2012, the village of Mosrentgen became part of the newly formed territorial unit New Moscow, which is an extension of the borders of Old Moscow in the Kaluga direction. Here the authorities want to implement a number of ambitious projects designed to relieve the burden on the old ones. So, it is planned:

  • build a giant government complex;
  • create clusters - “growth points” of new scientific and technical projects;
  • organize new production facilities, logistics centers, agricultural enterprises;
  • develop recreational tourism;
  • build new neighborhoods with modern urban development.

According to the capital's mayor, the government and administration will try to develop the territory so that it does not embarrass Moscow, but, on the contrary, relieves the congestion of the capital's agglomeration. An ambitious plan is being hatched to create a million jobs.

Mosrentgen is a village that is destined to become one of the “growth points”. A social and business center, Nenets Autonomous District, with an area of 190 hectares will be built here, creating about 150,000 jobs. Its formation was predetermined by the emergence of the large business park “Rumyantsevo” and the development of the territory around the highway between Kaluzhskoye and Kievskoye highways, where the number of business facilities is actively increasing. The main element at the first stage should be the construction of the Comcity business center, the first phase of which was commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2014.
