This year the child turned 4 years old and we decided to take him to the New Year tree for the first time. The closest Christmas tree to us is in Crocus City Hall and we bought tickets for the New Year's fairytale show New Fixies and Miracles with Masha. A huge plus of Crocus is the large above-ground and underground parking, but even there we still had to look for a place for the car. Keep in mind that there are metal detectors when exiting the parking lot, and to get through them you often have to stand in huge lines.

There are signs everywhere inside and students in bright T-shirts pointing where to go, it’s hard to get lost. To get to the show you need to overcome 2 large halls filled with attractions,

Sweets and toys. This doesn’t go smoothly for everyone; there are a lot of crying children at the exit, since the prices for entertainment there are quite high,

And not all parents can afford it. The free entertainment we found was a trampoline at the entrance to the hall

We took tickets for the balcony (6th row), sat in the central seats quite far from the aisles, it’s clear there are additional screens,

The cloakroom offers binoculars, but we didn't need them. But there was also a small minus: most of the entertainment in the form of animators and inflatable objects falling from the ceiling takes place closer to the aisles. And nothing reached our center of the row 3 times, which upset my child a little.

The show started on time without delays. The performance itself is bright, colorful, musical, many actors in luminous costumes, the performance is interrupted by watching cartoons and a laser show

Controllable inflatable trains, bunnies and trapeze artists fly around the hall.

The main characters, Masha and Fixiki, traveled in their dreams and met various heroes of Russian fairy tales. Father Frost and Snow Maiden appear in the last five minutes of the performance, light the Christmas tree and wish everyone a Happy New Year. Real animals such as a horse (unicorn), goat, llama, and owl also appeared in the performance. My child seemed to be watching the performance, but he was spinning all over and could not sit still, apparently the performance lasted too long for him.

Since admission for children under four years of age is free with an adult ticket, some spectators came with one-year-old children, whose crying could be heard in the hall before the performance and when the music died down (fortunately, the small spectators were sitting far from us and did not disturb us too much).
