1.2. For the purposes of these Regulations, a Discount Card is an identification document confirming the right to receive discounts in the ILE DE BEAUTE chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores and/or stores of other chains in accordance with the terms of ongoing affiliate programs. The sale of goods (work, services) using Discount Cards implies a reduction in their price within the framework of a specific transaction and determines the market price of goods (work, services).

1.3. Providing retail customers with discounts on goods (works, services) through the use of Discount Cards is due to the following purposes:

  • ensuring high quality of interaction between the Company and buyers of all statuses and, on this basis, combining competitive prices;
  • increase in sales volumes and further growth in the Company’s profitability;
  • stimulating consumer demand for the services of the ILE DE BEAUTE retail network;
  • formation of consumer commitment to their brands;
  • winning new and retaining old consumers;

2. Conditions for obtaining the ILE DE BEAUTE Discount Card.

2.1. The conditions for obtaining a Club Discount Card are that the buyer - an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Discount Card Owner) makes a one-time purchase for any amount in any store of the ILE DE BEAUTE perfumery and cosmetics chain and is required to fill out the form attached as Appendix 1 to these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as – Questionnaire).

The conditions for obtaining the ILE DE BEAUTE VIP Discount Card are the accumulation of a purchase amount of over 50,000 rubles on the Club Discount Card and filling out the Questionnaire, making a one-time purchase of goods worth over 50,000 rubles. after discounts or making a one-time purchase of ILE DE BEAUTE debit gift cards in an amount over 50,000 rubles.

The conditions for issuing a Virtual Discount Card are:

2.2. 2.6. The personal data specified in the Questionnaire is stored in the ILE DE BEAUTE information system. The ILE DE BEAUTE information system is a collection of personal data about Discount Card Owners obtained from transaction data, Questionnaires and other sources of information, as well as information technologies and technical means that allow the processing of personal data.

2.7. In order to attract new customers and fulfill obligations under partnership agreements, the Company has the right to organize the distribution of its Discount Cards in stores of other retail chains without the condition of making a purchase. In this case, the Discount Card, with the exception of the Virtual Discount Card, issued to the client of the partner trading network, is activated only after the holder of this card fills out the Questionnaire in accordance with clauses 2.2 - 2.6 of these Regulations in any of the ILE DE BEAUTE perfume and cosmetics stores, and the Virtual Discount Card the card is activated only after the holder of this card fills out the Questionnaire in accordance with clauses 2.2 - 2.6 of these Regulations after registering the card in the ILE DE BEAUTE Information System.

3. Rules for using ILE DE BEAUTE Discount Cards.

3.1. The discount card is the property of the Company.

3.2. The discount card of the ILE DE BEAUTE chain is an annex to the public retail purchase and sale agreement and an element of the Company’s marketing policy. The ILE DE BEAUTE discount card is a confirmation of the right of the bearer of this card to demand a discount, on the one hand, and the obligation of the Company, during the validity period of the card, to provide the cardholder with a discount equal to the face value of this card when he purchases goods from the assortment and at prices presented at the point of sale goods on the day of concluding a retail purchase and sale agreement, on the other hand.

3.3. The discount on the Discount Card begins to be valid up to 2 days after registering the card at the checkout, including the first issued Discount Cards, replaced or exchanged Club Cards for a VIP card. The card is registered upon the first purchase using it. Replacement or exchange of the Discount Card is made upon purchase.

3.4. The validity period of the Discount Card is unlimited. The validity period of the Virtual Discount Card received by the buyer as part of participation in the ILE DE BEAUTE affiliate program may be limited and is indicated by the partner when issuing such a card.

3.5. The discount card is valid for the purchase of goods and services in all stores of the ILE DE BEAUTE chain, both in cash and by bank transfer.

3.6. A discount on a Discount Card is provided only upon presentation of the card by the person in whose name the card is issued. Store employees may ask the buyer to present a document

identification. In the absence of such a document or if there is a discrepancy in the names of the owner of the document and the bearer of the Discount Card, the employee has the right to refuse to provide a discount and withdraw the card from circulation.

3.7. Instead of using a physical plastic card, the buyer can register in the ILE DE BEAUTE mobile application and activate an existing Discount Card, after which they can scan the card number from their mobile phone.

3.8. The discount card is not transferable to third parties. It is possible to re-issue a Discount Card to another person only if the card holder, in the presence of the director or store administrator, confirms his consent to its re-issuance. To re-issue, you must present identification documents of both the card owner and the person to whom it is being re-issued. The new owner of the Discount Card must fill out the Questionnaire in accordance with clause 2.2 of these Regulations.

3.9. During promotions in which the buyer is given a discount higher than that corresponding to his card, purchase amounts are not credited to the card, and the buyer’s card is not used at the checkout, unless otherwise specified by the terms of the promotion.

3.10. During special promotions, potential clients may be issued Discount cards with already established discounts that exceed the initial one. And the existing ones are offered conditions, upon fulfillment of which the amount on the card accumulates at an accelerated rate.

3.11. When purchasing goods at a special price (marked with special price tags) and with a limited discount, a discount on the Discount Card is not provided, but the cost of such goods is credited to the accumulative part of the Discount Card.

3.13. When purchasing a gift card for the ILE DE BEAUTE perfume and cosmetics store chain, the Discount Card is not applied at the checkout, no discount is provided on the Discount Card, and the amount of funds credited to the Debit Gift Card is not entered into the accumulative part of the Discount Card.

3.14. The Company has the right to unilaterally, without prior notice to the Discount Card Owner, cancel the Discount Card if:

The discount card is not used for more than twelve months in a row without good reason.

The owner of the Discount Card violates the rules for using the Discount Card.

3.15. Each Discount Card has its own unique number and is presented to the seller - cashier before making a purchase.

3.16. The terms and conditions of discounts and their amounts may be changed by the Company unilaterally without special notice to the Owners of Discount Cards. Information about this is available on the Company’s website at www.site, from sales consultants of the ILE DE BEAUTE chain of stores and on the Hotline at telephone number 8-800-2001-700. Since the conditions for providing discounts and their magnitude may change, Discount Card Owners have the right to rely on the amount of discounts in effect at the time of purchase.

3.17. The discount card is protected from counterfeiting, the authenticity of the card is verified before payment or invoice is issued.

3.18. If the Discount Card is lost or damaged, it is restored provided that the Questionnaire is filled out correctly (readability and correctness of the specified data) when issuing the card with the savings on it preserved. If the card is lost more than three times within six months, the Company has the right to refuse to replace the Discount Card to the client. When replacing a lost Discount Card with a new one, the lost card is blocked.

Restoration or replacement of the card through exchange is possible subject to the purchase being made.

3.19. The owner of a Discount Card can have only one Discount Card. The Company has the right to withdraw an excess Discount Card from the Owner if he is the owner of several Discount Cards.

4. Additional rules for using the Club Discount Card.

4.1. A Club Discount Card is issued when making a purchase for any amount in any store of the ILE DE BEAUTE perfume and cosmetics chain.

4.2. For the first purchase, the client is given a 10% discount. Further, the size of the discount provided on the Club Discount Card depends on the amount of savings on the card (see the Discount Accumulation Table below).

4.3. The amount of purchases is credited to the Club Discount Card automatically the next day after payment for the purchase in ILE DE BEAUTE stores, and when ordering in the Online store after payment and receipt of the order, for a period of up to 14 days.

4.4. The Owner can find out about the current amount of savings on the Club Discount Card in any store of the ILE DE BEAUTE network from sales consultants, on the website www.site.

4.5. The Club Discount Card gives the right to receive a VIP Discount Card upon accumulation of savings in excess of RUB 50,000. The savings on the card are summed up taking into account the discounts provided for this card.

4.6. The Club Discount Card number is indicated on the cash receipt.

5. Additional rules for using the VIP Discount Card.

5.1. A VIP Discount Card is issued when the amount of purchases on the Club Discount Card accumulates over 50,000 rubles, or a one-time purchase of goods worth over 50,000 rubles is made. after discounts or making a one-time purchase of ILE DE BEAUTE Gift Cards in an amount over 50,000 rubles.

5.2. Depending on the conditions of the Company’s promotions and sales promotion activities, it is possible to issue a VIP Discount Card without the condition of accumulating a set amount of savings.

5.3. The size of the discount provided with the VIP Discount Card is 25%. The discount percentage may differ from that specified in accordance with clause 1.6 of these Regulations.

5.4. The VIP Discount Card number is indicated on the cash receipt.

6. Rules for using the Virtual Discount Card.

6.1. For any purchase in the ILE DE BEAUTE online store or mobile application, the client will be asked to issue a Virtual Discount Card with an initial 10% discount, valid from the moment the card is issued. By selecting this option by checking the appropriate box, the client instantly receives a Virtual Discount Card and an initial 10% discount on the first purchase.

6.2. The ILE DE BEAUTE virtual card, issued when purchasing in an online store or mobile application of ILE DE BEAUTE, is valid both when purchasing in an Online store or mobile application of ILE DE BEAUTE or a mobile application of a partner of ILE DE BEAUTE, and in the network of perfumes and cosmetics ILE DE BEAUTE.

6.3. The amount of the discount provided depends on the amount of savings on the card (see the Discount Accumulation Table below).

6.4. The amount of purchases is credited to the Virtual Discount Card automatically the next day after payment for the purchase in ILE DE BEAUTE stores, and when ordering in the Online store after payment and receipt of the order, for a period of up to 14 days. The amount of purchases credited to the Virtual Discount Card cannot be combined with the amount of purchases on the Discount Card.

6.5. When purchasing goods at a special price (marked with special prices) and with a limited discount, a discount on the Virtual Discount Card is not provided, but the cost of such goods is credited to the accumulative part of the Virtual Discount Card.

6.6. You can find out about the current amount of savings on the Virtual Discount Card on the website www.site or in your Personal Account in the ILE DE BEAUTE mobile application.

6.7. The Company has the right to unilaterally, without prior notice to the Owner of the Virtual Discount Card, cancel the Discount Card on the grounds specified in clause 3.14 of these Regulations.

6.8. Each Virtual Discount Card has its own unique number.

6.9. The terms and conditions of discounts and their amounts may be changed by the Company unilaterally without special notice to the owners of Virtual Discount Cards. Since the conditions for providing discounts and their magnitude may change, owners of Virtual Discount Cards have the right to rely on the amount of discounts valid at the time of purchase.

6.10. The Virtual Discount Card gives you the right to receive a plastic Discount Card in any ILE DE BEAUTE store. To do this, you must provide the Virtual Discount Card number at the checkout and present an identification document. The entire history of purchases, savings and the current value of the discount on the Virtual Card will be transferred to the plastic Discount Card upon exchange.

7. Additional rules for using the Virtual Discount Card

7.1 The Virtual Discount Card issued to the buyer participating in the affiliate program is valid in all ILE DE BEAUTE stores.

7.2 The amount of the discount provided in ILE DE BEAUTE stores is determined by the initial discount established as part of participation in the affiliate program, and subsequent savings on the card (The table for accumulation of discounts is indicated in clause 7.3 of these Regulations. In this case, the percentage of the discount may differ from that indicated in the Table in in accordance with clause 1.6 of these Regulations when purchasing in the ILE DE BEAUTE chain stores).

7.3 For purchases in the ILE DE BEAUTE chain of stores using a Virtual Discount Card received by the Owner as part of participation in the affiliate program, the owner scans the card number from a mobile phone or dictates it to the cashier.

7.4 The Company has the right to unilaterally, without prior notice to the Owner of the Virtual Discount Card, cancel the Discount Card issued to a buyer participating in an affiliate program if the validity period of such ILE DE BEAUTE affiliate program has expired.

8. Other conditions

8.1. The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the terms of circulation of Discount Cards at any time without prior notice to the Owners of Discount Cards. Information about these changes is available on the Company’s website www.site, from sales consultants of the ILE DE BEAUTE chain of stores, as well as by calling the Hotline 8-800-2001-700 indicating the moment of implementation.

8.2.. The owner of the Discount Card independently monitors changes in the terms of circulation of the Discount Cards.

8.3. Ignorance of these rules is not a basis for any claims by Discount Card Owners. The company is not responsible for direct or indirect losses associated with their use. The company guarantees the protection of personal data provided by the client during registration and data obtained when using cards.

For the convenience of payments, the company rounds up pennies on the receipt, and also makes discounts on its products using cards from other companies (for example, at the beginning of 2018 these are “WaiThai” and “gallaDance”). Many companies provide a similar service and provide discounts on ILE DE BEAUTE discount (savings) cards. Discounts for regular customers

The well-thought-out discount program of the ILE DE BEAUTE club has existed since January 1, 2011 and is not going to close. How to get an eternal discount card?

  • buy anything at the store;
  • fill in the form. Be sure to indicate

Along with the card you will immediately receive:

  • 10% discount in all company stores, as well as in the online store;
  • 20% coupon that can be used on your next purchase;
  • 2 compliment coupons from Sephora (mascara, facial care product, makeup remover or a gift certificate in the amount of 200 rubles).

Coupons can be used:

  • one per day;
  • from the next day after issue;
  • within a month or three (depending on the coupon);
  • in any ILE DE BEAUTE stores;
  • when purchasing all products except promotional ones.

Important! Lost coupons cannot be restored. Coupons and discount card must be presented BEFORE payment

Conditions

The discount is cumulative, that is, it will grow according to the total amount of your purchases:

The savings program does not take into account:

  • gift certificates (except for a one-time purchase of 50,000),
  • promotional items with a discount of 30%,
  • products with special price tags (but the discount applies to them).

You can find out how much discount you have already accumulated:

  • at the store cashier;
  • via hotline;
  • by visiting your personal account on the website;
  • by contacting the operator when ordering through the online store;
  • or in the mobile application.

Recalculation of the savings amount occurs in the morning of the next day after the purchase.

Blocking and replacing a discount card

To restore your savings card, you need to buy something at ILE DE BEAUTE and present your ID. If it is lost three times in six months, the company has the right not to issue a new one to the owner.

Blocking occurs:

  • at the request of the owner;
  • if the card has not been used for more than a year;
  • if the form is filled out incorrectly;
  • in cases of fraud (several club cards for one person).

Only the real owner has the official right to use a personalized card. To re-register it to another owner, you need to fill out a new form plus present identification cards of both owners.

To change data or unsubscribe from mailings:

  • call the hotline;
  • leave a request in the store;
  • or through your personal account.

Digital version


The so-called virtual cards have been in use since September 1, 2012. With their help you can buy in:

  • online store through the website;
  • in a regular store using a contactless scanner (via a mobile application).

The following map is created:

  • through the online store upon purchase (the discount is applied immediately);
  • when registering in the mobile application (you can enter the number of an existing card).

The discount accumulates in the same way as on regular cards. The virtual one can be exchanged for a similar plastic one at any time (by presenting an ID). It is impossible to combine plastic and virtual savings (if you have them at the same time). The validity period of a virtual one may be limited, but a plastic one is initially unlimited.

Discounts for students

Previously existing student cards (always -25% on certain goods when presenting a student card) ceased to exist on the first day of summer 2017. Until the end of 2018, they can be exchanged for other discounts in accordance with the accumulated interest. To do this you need:

  • make a purchase (the amount of this purchase will not be credited to your balance, but the discount will apply)
  • fill out a new form.

In addition to discount and digital ones, ILE DE BEAUTE still has a whole range of gift cards:

  • unlimited in amount, valid for all brands;
  • limited in amount, but unlimited in brands;
  • limited in amount and brand (brand is indicated on the front side);
  • for a make-up service, and after it – the purchase of related products (or any others);
  • for eyebrow care services, and after it – purchase of products from the “Benefit” company;
  • for corporate clients, fixed denomination, set of cards with a total amount of 20,000.

The expiration date is marked on the cards themselves (otherwise they will stop working on January 1, 2021) .
